You will be seduced by this spacious villa opening onto the outside terraces where you can enjoy the lively places of the town centre.

This magnificent villa opens onto the large living area. You can enjoy a comfortable living room, which will allow you to admire the property's wooded exterior. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.

The four bedrooms will be ready to accommodate 7 travellers, so you can relax after a long sunny day at the beach. Three of the rooms have double beds while the last one has a single bed (120 cm). There are also two bathrooms and two toilets.
The large wooden terrace is an idyllic place to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif, away from prying eyes.
The garden reveals the spirit of Cap Ferret in its most exclusive form.

The property is located in the private area of Boque. Access is by car or bicycle. A parking space for one vehicle is available on the property; the private area in which the villa is located offers you the possibility to park easily in the area.

When you feel like going for a walk, the villa is very well located, allowing you to enjoy the natural landscape of Cap Ferret. Finally, you can enjoy the beach of the Americans which is 2 minutes by bike. You will have easy access to the various shops and the market of Cap Ferret which are only 7 minutes away by bike.

Finally, for your 2-week stay, an intermediate cleaning and a linen change are provided.
For this we add a service charge of 340€.
