Come experience tropical comfort with this waterfront tip lot home. This 2,200 square foot waterfront home sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, two twins (trundle bed) and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

Not only does this property have a lanai, but a large sundeck is just steps away. Venture out to the sundeck where you can test your skills with a game of cornhole or relax on the daybed soaking up the rays. Use the dock behind your home to tie up your boat, or simply as a place to dangle your feet in the water and spend a little quality time observing your new neighbors, the seabirds, and the jumping fish.

The fun does not stop there. The spacious lanai is your own private oasis. Sit on the comfortable outdoor couch while enjoying a tropical drink watching the kids play a game of sharks and minnows in the pool. The family chef will then fire up the gas grill to cook a delicious lunch that will be enjoyed on the family sized outdoor table with umbrella. Afterwards play a game on the outdoor foosball table to see who will be doing dishes.

In addition to the spectacular outdoor area, the location of this tip lot property is outstanding. With just a short walk to the museum, library, and Mackle Park you can never run out of things to do during your vacation.

The interior is the perfect combination of comfort and space with its blends of neutral hues and an open floor plan. Great house on the canal!

We I really loved staying at this house in Marco Island it was our first time in Marco Island . The house is on the canal with dock for a boat, The ride to the open waterway is pretty much straight shot 20 minutes no wake. The Driveway is very short plan on storing your trailer ahead of time. The house has a great open floor plan and it worked well for our family the pool was great we really liked it would definitely recommend it

We loved our stay at this property. The many amenities added to our comfort and enjoyment of our 3 weeks in Marco....two bikes, wagon for the beach with large wheels, two umbrellas for the beach, large beach mat, lots of toys for in the pool, etc. We also loved the little sand area in the backyard where we could enjoy a cup of coffee while the little ones played in the sand! Played lots of foosball....just overall, a wonderful family property! Walked to Mackle park where we played at the park, played shuffleboard and took many walks around the pond. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Paradise in Marco

From start to finish this place had everything we needed and more. As soon as we walked into the place, we knew that this was a place that had everything from the comfortable beds to everything you needed in the kitchen. Top notch appliances, plenty of toys for the pool and even the little “extras” that other places don’t have.I would definitely recommend anybody to stay at this location, whether it’s for just two people or a family of seven like us. We all felt that we had enough room to move around and the place was immaculate. Will definitely come back to visit again in the future. Thank you again, your family from Wisconsin.

The house is comfortable and well maintained. The location was good for getting to the beach by bike or car and we enjoyed being on the canal to see water out the windows. We didn't have any issues, but know that the management was available if need be. My only request would be that I'd love to be given a few more garbage bags and dish pods for the week.

This home is in a good location with nice dock, pool, and very well stocked with dishes, silverware, towels, etc, spacious indoor floor plan and also the grounds the home sits on, comfortable beds and furniture. We have rented this home twice already which shows how much we enjoyed it and treated as our own. It hurt us to see the upkeep and maintenance of the home was not the same as the first time we rented...shower curtain was moldy in one of the bathrooms, pocket door leading to the garage was broken, the cleanliness was not up to my standards so we wiped everything down and washed blankets, the lanai's screen needs repairs and allows bugs in at night. I highly recommend these issues to be addressed to return this beautiful home back to it's original state. Also for the price of this home, there should be a tv in the lanai, better cable, and a swifter lol to clean the floors especially when staying for a week. Management company was very nice, professional, and accomodating.

Great vacation home !!

This home was immaculate. Very clean and didn’t lack of anything. The home is in a great neighborhood where you can enjoy a nice bike ride (bikes provided) and a great sunset. It’s extremely close to the beach with public parking. The backyard is unbelievable, kids enjoyed the pool area late into the night. Grilling area and patio table and couches were great to relax in. I emailed Andrew before our arrival and he always responded promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this property. I will definitely be back. Thank you !!!

You do have to drive to the beach, which we knew when we booked. There’s also a park and farmers market Wednesday within walking distance which was nice!

The home is located close to everything and located right on the canal where we rode kayaks and the kids fished right off the dock. The pool is delightful and the outside living space is perfect to relax in. The house is well stocked with beach chairs, beach equipment, pool toys, bikes, beach towels and the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have had in a rental in a long time. Great value for your money.
