Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, coffee machine, capsule machine, kettle) and two bicycles free of charge for great rides (private bicycle shed). TV and wifi.
Bright patio with picture windows & great comfort (plancha, deckchairs, parasols, washing line).

Ideally located:
- 5 min walk from the pedestrianised centre of Capbreton (numerous shops, gourmet markets and summer entertainment)
- 10 minutes' walk from Capbreton marina
- 5 minutes by bike from Hossegor town centre and beaches.

La communication avec les propriétaires s’est très bien passée. La location est conforme à la description. La Clim est un vrai plus en période de canicule. La localisation est idéale surtout avec 2 vélos mis à disposition.
