Just minutes to Mercato for fine dining, upscale shopping and entertainment as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Pavilion Shopping Center. Per the HOA Association and for the safety and security of the residents and tenants there is a 150.00 fee for the screening application required

View from my sunny lanai with gulf sunsets almost every night and beautiful mangroves filled with all sorts of beautiful birds,with kayakers and fishermen,... porpoise jumping. Pool was lovely …very friendly people in building. Lovely trip plan on coming back again. The owners were very helpful.

The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly.. Condo is comfortable but outdated with not very clean area rugs and flimsy bed blankets.. January was cold ,would be nice to have a warmer blankets. Also there was no blender available.

Beautiful views

Views were very nice. Unit could use some updating. All renters are required to pass a background check prior to renting. We were not aware of this till the last minute. Not a problem to pass, just would have been nice to know prior to booking what was expected. Never did find the bikes that were supposed to be available to use. It would have been nice to have newer Tommy Bahama type beach chairs for use while staying.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a great location and very well appointed. Though outside the owner’s control, the pool was unusable for the entire month of our stay, which was somewhat disappointing.
