Great neighbourhood

Perfect place, generally quiet street, Easy to access ,metro so close. It is tiny , but was perfect for x3 of us Loads of good bakeries and some double bake ,so you can get fresh, hot baguette for dinner Helene is a lovely host. Thank you

Enjoyed Very Much

This was a delightful place to stay. It was just me and my teenage daughter, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. It is clean and comfortable and just minutes from busses and the Metro station. There are also good cafes, boulangeries and markets within a few minutes' walk. The host was friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this rental.

Lovely flat

The flat was as described … it is fairly small but quite comfortable … and the communication with Helene was outstanding. The location in the Marais is terrific … just a block or so away from La Place de la Republique when one can get to just about anywhere in Paris via the Metro. Really enjoyed my stay! Many thanks!

Great location!

This was a great location for our stay in Paris. One note of caution, the stairs are quite steep and slippery. My first time I went down in socks and ended up hurting my foot. I would recommend you wear shoes going up in down to avoid falling (or a minor recommendation for host to add a sticky pad of some sort!).

Great Location

The apartment had everything as described. It was a little tight for 4 people, but we were not in the apartment much, only to sleep. If you are traveling with 2 people, this place is perfect. The apartment is very close to many restaurants, the Porte-Saint-Denis, Saint-Martin, and the Place de République. It is about a 30 minute taxi ride to most of the major landmarks. We recommend taxi or uber riding throughout the city. Driving is very hectic and taxis have special lanes for getting through the city faster. Communication with host was very smooth via WhatsApp and she answered late in the evening when we were confused on the door code for the outside. We were very pleased with our stay.

Un court séjour à Paris en famille

L’appartement est idéalement placé, juste à côté de la République. Très bien pensé en terme d’optimisation de l’espace, et joliment décoré. Malgré tout, il convient mieux à un séjour pour un couple que pour une famille de 4.

Le confort des couchages est bien présent car un vrai lit avec vrai matelas est un plus dans Paris centre pour héberger 4 personnes dans un logement . Je veux bien entendre tout de même que 30m2 reste petit à 4 pour circuler . Vous avez raison l'important est la situation géographie dans Paris qui est plus qu'appréciable vous visiter les monuments .

Klein, aber optimale Lage

Diese Wohnung wäre für zwei Personen ideal, weil diese problemlos im Obergeschoss schlafen können. Zu dritt wird es jedoch sehr eng. Das dritte Bett (in der Küche) grenzt direkt an die Strasse, nur durch eine Scheibe getrennt. Die Gespräche der Passanten, die gerne auch auf dem Fenstersims sitzen bleiben, kann man so "hautnah" miterleben. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt positiv und die Lage der kleinen Wohnung sehr gut. Das Quartier St. Martin ist bunt und lebendig und hat viel zu bieten. Und von der Place de la République aus sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris gut mit der Métro zu erreichen.

Perfect base for our Parisian adventure

From initial booking all the way to check out, my experience with Hélène and the apartment was fantastic. The home is in a wonderful location and it had all the necessary amenities for our family. It was clean and cosy and we would definitely stay again. —— De la réservation initiale jusqu'au départ, mon expérience avec Hélène et l'appartement a été fantastique. La maison est située dans un endroit magnifique et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour notre famille. C'était propre et confortable et nous reviendrions certainement.
