The space;
This cozy 2 bedroom apartment accommodates only up to 4 guests. To get to the apartment, you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed laid with pristine white sheets. The living room has a sofa, two arm chairs and a TV for your enjoyment. Our kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, French coffee press and portable cooktop. In the bathroom there is a charming claw foot bathtub with shower head. We offer free driveway parking for one car, plus free street parking as long as you are mindful of the street signs.

Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. You also have access to a separate washer and dryer in the basement in a shared laundry area. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.

Guests have access to entire private apartment. The backyard is NOT available to you. No smoking of any kind allowed inside apartment and on premises.

NOTE: For your safety and ours we have active security cameras monitoring all exit and entry points of our building.
They do not capture any private areas. These cameras are motion detecting security cameras. No unauthorized guests allowed.
Other things to note
Please note that we have a portable induction cooktop that can be plugged in to cook meals.
Also, as this is a multifamily home, please be considerate and keep all noise to a minimum respecting all other occupants.
