Adorable Cottage close to Beaches and Town

Our sweet cottage has 2 bedrooms and one bath. The home has been newly updated and ready for your summer vacation. Our home has a large open sun room that looks over the spacious yard and brick patio. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has one set of bunk beds, and one twin bed. The house has an open den with a twin daybed. The bathroom has been newly updated with a new shower.

The huge yard is perfect for family games and outdoor gatherings. Outdoor furniture, a patio set and a grill make for great evenings.

Madison is a picturesque New England beach town. You can walk to town to enjoy the shopping, restaurants or movie theater. There are three town beaches that require passes and Hammonassett State park is less than 2 miles away. Hammonasset Beach State Park is a public recreation area occupying two miles of beach front on Long Island Sound. It is the state's largest shoreline park and one of the most popular attractions in the state, drawing an estimated one million visitors annually. The beautiful Shoreline Greenway trail winds near the house and into the State park.
