Great little property. I appreciated the open land and peacefulness of the property. Owners were very responsive if needed. It was great to sit on the small front porch and enjoy the quiet after being in town for the energy of a football game all day!

We absolutely love the Cozy Cottage. This was our third visit, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is always spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The owners are wonderful — they communicate quickly and are always helpful with any questions. We’re so grateful this little gem has been available each time we’ve needed a getaway. Great place to stay

I am thankful I found this place! Checking in was a breeze & I didn’t have to worry about hearing traffic or anything during the night which was a plus. It was the perfect size for me & not too far from Ole Miss where the Morgan Wallen concert was!

Adorable Country Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was small, but efficient and was very clean. We even were able to see beautiful deer just a few yards from the front porch both of the nights we were there. Although the cabin is in the country, the roads there were actually well-lit, making finding the cabin easy. We had an issue with the front door knob, and the host repaired it very promptly. It was a wonderful stay!

Cozy cottage with all the comforts of home.

Such a cute cottage that is conveniently located on the outskirts of town and near to Sardis Lake. Owners are onsite but afforded privacy. Cottage has all the comforts of home but situated in a peaceful countryside. We will stay again soon! . #tinyhouse
