You'll be raving "til the cows come home" over this adorable 2/2 condo that has been recently updated with new furnishings and flooring, fresh paint throughout, and cute bunk beds. (Regular twin size beds, nothing chintzy here!) The "rustic farmhouse" décor is comfortable and inviting, yet still has the light and airy feel of the beach. The full size sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for those extra last minute guests that want to join your beach time fun. With a fully stocked kitchen, you'll have all the necessities to whip up your favorite meal. If you choose to dine in, there's room at the bar...or, enjoy your meal on the double, private balcony where you can watch the waves roll in. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with soft sheets and a smart tv for your late night relaxation. The guest bedroom is equivalent with a matching full bed. Each guest is provided a full set of towels that includes a fluffy bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. There's even a special cloth for makeup removal. Beach Barn has two full bathrooms with showers. Kids of all ages will enjoy the adorable built-in bunk beds that are located in the hall entryway of the condo.

Maravilla Condos has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Beach Barn that include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. Guests have access to free DishTV and WiFi in their condo. Or, simply stream your favorite programs from your personal digital accounts. Looking to keep up your exercise regimen? Take a nice long walk along the Seawall at sunrise.

​​​​​​​Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

​​​​​​​Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Beach Barn. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Laundry located on site.
Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.
All fees and services subject to 15% tax.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We gladly provide a BTVR insulated cooler as our gift and way of saying "Thank You" for choosing to stay with us. We also have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please know we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. This is a non-smoking unit (inside).
