place was clean, the cleaners need to back off on the Ammonia as it was very very strong . We open from and back for 30 minutes to air out as best as possible. I think all the rooms get the extra dose. To be honest.The very minor details the bathroom shower curtain rings could be replaced as the salt air gas done a number on them . The knife set could stand to be cleaned or sharpening too.Other than that place was perfect at the ofc season Price. So not really big complaints just some heads up to the owners : )

We’ve stayed at Maravilla condos several times and were disappointed in this specific condo. The furnishings were cheap plastic chairs, the balcony rug is a trip hazard as it’s not secured and rolls up, the shower curtain is moldy and ripped. We’ve stating in much cleaner, homier, nicer condos for less the price. Not a terrible condo, but definitely wouldn’t choose again.

Excellent communication from/with property manager. Ample parking. Fantastic pools - kids will love the pools! Well stocked kitchen (dishes, cooking supplies, etc...) Great location.

This was a great condo we enjoyed our stay. The AC worked great. The grounds and pools are kept immaculately, the beds are comfortable. There are a few things that changed from the photos such as the patio furniture is different and not very comfortable. If you struggle with sitting in plastic chairs I suggest taking chair pads for the patio and kitchen chairs. There are only 3 bar stools and not 4. There are no dressers for clothes but plenty of closet space. They do have 4 beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of necessities including spices and coffee filters. Seems that most portable tables were broken so nothing to use on the patio.

Misrepresented. The elevator was broken people dragging tree belongings up and down the stairwell. Property under renovation in the front but the place needs to be cleaned up and repaired. I will say the large pool looked great and people enjoying it.I travel a lot this is not a five star property maybe 2 or 3 our overall experience was not good.

I was miserable on the king bed. It had no Support and I had constant pain . They were not able to bring additional support , but they did supply a bath mat for the shower , and a hand bar. My 15yr old grandson was also quite upset about his bunk bed that was too small… I felt it was misrepresented , because it was a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures.,

This is a very clean condo. When we learned this guest had issues with items left in the fridge we offered to immediately come and remove them but she refused. This condo was definitely cleaned. We appreciate our guests and try our very best to present a perfect condo for your stay!

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The host communicated with us prior to and during the trip which helped out a lot since they had just gone through a hurricane. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying here! Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kiddos loved the bunk beds! Great location right across from the beach. We also enjoyed swimming in the pools, relaxing in the hot tub, and grilling by the pool.

Excellent Value and Location

The unit we stayed in was a great value, and in a great location. It is right on Seawall Ave, but far enough away from the typical Galveston crowd so we could relax. The furnishings were as advertised, and filled all of our needs. It is a comfortable place, and the A/C works great! We would definitely stay there again.

Great girls weekend getaway!

My friends and I visited Galveston for a quick girls weekend and this condo was perfect! The space was great for the four of us, and we absolutely loved the pool! It’s definitely an older complex but this unit has been updated really well and was really beautiful! Would recommend!

Great place to stay!

Very clean and updated! Host was very responsive. Place was a little smaller than we expected, twin beds are out in the open right by the main entrance, but everything was very clean and many accommodations provided. Perfect for 4 adults. Beautiful view from the balcony of the pool and ocean in the background. Would stay again!!
