Our home offers guests an updated, safe, clean and comfortable place to vacation. So close to nearby trails to use your snowmobiles and Orv’s. Boat dock (mention during booking if you need dock) to store your boat for a quick boat ride to lake or spend your time cruising the canals. We offer use of our golf cart during your stay (certain rules apply). Well-appointed home that is located in the quiet, safe and child friendly North Cherokee Village.
**NOTE: Our maximum occupancy is 7 guests.**

Beautiful home on quiet street. Very clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful with any question and quick to respond. The fresh eggs and snacks were appreciated. Would definately stay here again.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! Great location/neighborhood. House is very warm and inviting. Kerrie sets the bar for VRBO hosts. House is so well-appointed with everything you could possibly need and surprise extra touches like farm fresh eggs, specialty popcorn, and even a s’mores welcome basket! It’s definitely home away from home. Highly recommend and would positively stay again!

Wonderful home and exactly as advertised. Equipped with everything you need and more. Place is very clean and well maintained. Owner left washed farm fresh eggs for our stay and was excellent to communicate with; we would highly recommend staying.

You never know if a house will live up to its listing, it's why I'm happy to inform you that this is an awesome place. The house is clean and very well organized. Its well stocked with everything you need and even some nice treats. My interactions with the owner were highly responsive and cordial. The location is very nice and quiet. A comfortable home and a plus that we could bring our pup. Looking forward to visting again.

Great place for a family!

Plenty of room for our big family! It was clean and tidy with lots of games to play. We caught a ton of fish off of the canal. Great location and the golf cart was a fun added touch! We definitely will stay here again.

A great and peaceful place to stay!

My parents and my husband and I stayed there it was great. They have everything you might need there. It was very close to shopping, restaurants, and everything in town. The view was so peaceful and pleasant. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Beautiful and quiet little cottage on the canal

My husband wanted a quiet little bonfire for his birthday. This was the perfect location and was exactly what he wanted. Cake, bonfire, on the canal and up north Michigan!

A very pleasant stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The house, both inside and outside, is very well equipped, nicely maintained and clean. There were a lot of nice touches throughout the house with plenty of cookware, utensils, towels, drinkware, etc. We loved that the house is in a quiet neighborhood and enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Dan and Kerrie are super nice owners. We plan to stay here again!

Welcoming and good location

The home was definitely welcoming and cozy. We all enjoyed fishing off the dock, checking out the neighborhood with the golf cart (everyone was very friendly) and simply relaxing. The location is great near W Houghton lake drive which has EVERYTHING on it. We created some awesome family memories here! Thank you Dan and Kerrie!

It was everything we were looking for. The channels to the lake were perfect for lounging and fishing. Community was amazing. Only thing I would recommend is upgrade on mattresses. We would highly recommend staying here.
