Winter Access
During winter months, AWD or 4WD is required to access the property when snow and ice conditions are present.

Beach & Lake Access
Enjoy public lake access just steps from the home at the end of our road!
• Features a platform and stairs into the water — perfect for swimming or fishing.
• Water depth is only about 3–4 feet at the end of the dock, with an easy walk in lake entry.
• South Higgins Lake State Park is just a 5-minute drive away, offering a full beach, picnic area, boat launch, and swimming zone.
• Gerrish Township Marina boat launch is also close. There is no mooring on the lake overnight.
