This vacation home includes every amenity from tv's with Roku, Streaming and Cable (5 in total), high speed wi-fi, to a hot/cold outdoor shower (if you have never tried this -- it is amazingly refreshing) .
'Sea The View' is located 3 miles from the bridge and minutes from shopping, restaurants and Topsail Island's exclusive fishing pier.

GROUND LEVEL: Parking for 4 vehicles (maybe 5 if you get creative… ) There are two covered entrances, one on each side with an elevator on this level that can take your groceries and luggage to all three levels (a huge plus for those who have trouble with stairs)..

FIRST LEVEL: Four colorful bedrooms with two full baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the ocean side providing gorgeous views; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full / queen size bed underneath. If needed, three of the bedrooms on this floor have desks for working, reading or virtual school.

SECOND LEVEL: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors opening up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a large sofa with chaise lounge, additional sofa, and chairs to relax watching the new flat screen smart TV, and DVD player. In addition, the living room has a table for games / puzzles. The kitchen has a table that seats eight, a bar area for seating four people and all steel appliances. There is a refrigerator, ice maker, filtered water, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. All utensils included & a large seafood / pasta pot with plenty of platters / bowls for large meals or entertaining. Off the kitchen there is a half bathroom and full-size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom with king bed is located off the living room on the street side with a beautiful ocean view from the side window, a desk and a flat screen TV. Guests of this room will enjoy a large beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub , double vanity & a large walk-in closet.

Traveling with kids/ little ones & want to pack light? We have you covered indoors & out! The house has a high chair, pack & play, beach toys, skim board, boogie boards, & loads of board games (for adults too), chess board & puzzles to keep your crew entertained. Outdoor Games include Jenga Blocks, Connect Four, Cornhole and Bocci. Four beach chairs and umbrellas are included and the deck furniture can go in the sand as well. There is a grill on the ground level for outdoor cooking.
