Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf.

Peaceful Pause is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom WaterColor home. Guests will enjoy the proximity to Camp WaterColor's newly expanded pools and the lush, coastal aesthetic of the home.

A covered front porch with cushioned chairs greets guests to Peaceful Pause. Inside, a cozy sitting room with a slipcovered sofa, flat-screen TV, and subtle gold accents hides quietly behind a glass door, providing a personal space for guests to retreat. A guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with shower is accessible along the entryway hall. The home opens to a shared kitchen, dining, and living space filled with natural light at the end of the hall. Premium appliances, white cabinets, and a generous kitchen island with seating for 4 overlook a dining table for 6 and a bright and cheery living area. Coral and natural shell accents add a beach feel to the space. Slipcovered sofas and chairs surround a flat-screen TV and enjoy views of the back porch. A door opens to a shaded porch with wooded views and steps leading to a side courtyard. A premium gas grill and outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator make dining al fresco possible year-round. An outdoor table with seating for 10 and comfy wicker chairs provide plenty of space for chatting long into the night.

On the second floor, guests may select between 3 bedrooms. A primary bedroom has a king bed and a spacious marble-tiled bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom enjoys wooded views and opens onto a covered balcony with cushioned chairs. A second guest bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third guest bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed built into the entry and a king bed with additional seating around the corner to provide privacy. The generous room opens to a covered balcony with views of the neighborhood and has a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Smoking is not permitted in this home. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
