RELAXING STAY

Our first impression was that the apartment was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in a North Naples area that is friendly for walking and biking. The pool is very clean and nicely landscaped. We will definitely consider returning here on our next winter trip to Naples.

Such a unique building with attractive courtyard (which we enjoyed our dinner one night) and pool. Unit is beautiful, bright and cheerful. Kitchen so nice and well stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back sometime when construction on that road completed.

Perfect location, very quiet neighborhood. About a 5 min or less drive to Vanderbilt Beach - could walk to it in about 30mins. Pool was very nice. The accommodations were clean but could use some painting updates. Only “issue” was that management said they would have a pack n play available and they did not. Other than that communication and everything else went so smoothly! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great family apartment

Lovely apartment for family of 4 in convenient residential location. Shared pool between 4 units, but mostly had it to ourselves during our stay. Gas BBQ and Beach equipment available to borrow. Closest beach just over 15min walk. Overall really enjoyed our stay, and really good comes from owners. Improvements: A kettle would be great for us British tea drinkers, and only 3 Sun loungers meant we had the daily coin toss!

Naples Park Smart

Clean, quiet and in the middle of it all. Several beaches close by, we ate at a different seafood restaurant every night (shoutout to Christine and her Green Machine for transporting us, sometimes; breakfast, lunch and dinner!) 105th street was ripped up for infrastructure repair but we had no problem navigating around detours (use Christine!). Pool was great, neighbors friendly, great time!

The house itself was great. Good amount of space, beach stuff available. We were able to cook and grill. And the pool is nice. We actually did not go to Vanderbilt beach because it was so crowded. Also., not walkable. That huge beach actually has very few access points. We ended up going to Naples and having much better luck with parking and space there.

Very nice and quite place. We enjoyed it. Not walkable to the beach but close enough for an Uber to drop you off in 5 minutes at Vanderbilt beach (Conner park - Actually this beach access is less crowded than the other access). We had a couple of enquires and host was quick to answer. Thanks

All around great property!

This property is in a great location close to the beach. The first VRBO I’ve stayed in where all the beds were comfortable. We weren’t there much in the day, but for evenings it was fun to hang out. The pool was really nice to have there. Keith was very attentive and responds quickly. Checking in and out process was very easy. Hope to be in Naples again and will keep this listing!
