There is a lot to love about this house! From the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms. Our favorite feature by far is the covered private pool and outdoor seating/dining space. The bikes and beach chairs are also a nice plus, making trips to the beach a breeze. Dan is quick to respond to requests and easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed Florida for many years, however so impressed with this area and will never leave. Enjoy the beach and how easy it is to get around from the house. Recommend taking the bike over to Publix or Whole Foods for a prepared dinner to go, biking to the beach and enjoying the sun as it falls off the horizon for a perfect end of the day.

Why they chose this property

This property is set up to enjoy the people around you in a home like setting. It is easy to step out to the pool, pop in a movie, grill outdoors and eat in the lanai. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access is less than a mile away with parking available.

What makes this property unique

There are sidewalks to Vanderbilt beach (with two main access points) and great views of the canal streets with a 15-20 minute walk or the bikes will get you there in 10 minutes. The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family, this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
