Maison Chaban is located just a short distance from Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol, and 5 kilometers from the sea.

We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation, which was fully renovated in 2020.

Set on a 7,000 m² plot planted with 80 olive trees, the property offers panoramic views of the sea and the Provençal hills.

Our accommodation is oriented entirely towards the sea, the hills, and the olive groves. It is situated in the heights of Sanary (in the Lançon area), just 10 minutes from the Sanary harbor. The unit comprises a 16 m² living area with a kitchenette, a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm), a 14 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a separate toilet, and a bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The total living area is 42 m², and the unit is fully air-conditioned. It also features an adjoining 10 m² shaded terrace—perfect for enjoying lunch amidst nature or having drinks while watching the sunset.
In addition, you have access to a private outdoor area of ​​approximately 100 m². On the property, you will find a 10x5m infinity pool, a 100 m² pool deck, and a 25 m² pool house.
The estate also offers a pétanque court, a trampoline, a gas barbecue, a ping-pong table, and various pool and outdoor games to ensure a delightful and entertaining stay. These outdoor facilities are shared with one other family (maximum 4 people) staying in a second unit on the property, located 50 meters away.
We also live in the main house; we are an active couple in our fifties, busy with work on a daily basis. That is why we are delighted to share our home and its amenities with travelers looking for a relaxing getaway in a setting that respects nature and faces the sea.
