We are a family of five who love to spend time in the Caribbean during off season. Coco's allows us to enjoy all that St. Maarten has to offer and it is an instant vacation spot for us.
Why they chose this property
We love this Coco's property because it is truly a barefoot beach side living experience yet with lots of private outdoor space that you don't normally find being right on the beach. This property is perfect for 2 couples or a family with small children as they beach is a few steps away. Coco's is the instant barefoot vacation from the moment you walk in. No shoes required, just relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and all the comforts of home.
What makes this property unique
We are steps from the beautiful beach with beach views, lots of privacy and yet right next door to 2 of the best beach bar and restaurants on the island. Our kids have grown up traveling the Caribbean and now that they are older they love the simplicity of Simpson Bay and the beautiful beach. They don't need to worry about anything or renting a car as they can access many of their favorite spots on foot.
