Enjoy your time on the beautiful island of Roatan in our 1 Bedroom Casita with Full Kitchen and Private Pool with Baja Ledge. Centrally located in Parrot Tree Plantation with beautiful views of First Bight and the Setting Sun.

Our home is well equipped for your stay.

Wonderful place to stay

It was a nice place to stay for my family of 4 when we stayed for 2 weeks. We used the pool extensively. It felt secure and safe. It's a nice Casita with a great view!

The best stay

We truly had the best stay in Roatan. The house is perfect, the Parrot Tree community is wonderful, and the hosts are great. We loved relaxing by the pool in our own quiet piece of paradise. We certainly hope to return to Roatan and would love to stay at Bay View Vista again! Thank you for everything!

A Piece of Paradise

BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE

We LOVED staying at Bay View Vista! Property was better than the pictures! The hosts really thought of everything when putting together this comfortable retreat. The size, the amenities, the pool, just what is needed for a relaxing week on an island. Hosts were easy to contact. We'll definitely be staying here again if we travel to Roatan in the future.

Five Star Home

I've been to multiple countries, and this home is one of the best places I've stayed to enjoy a vacation. The location, the house itself, the pool, and the view is fantastic. In addition, the communication with Sean was excellent. My girlfriend and I had a great time at this home, and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a stay in Roatan.

Slice of Paradise

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation spot with all the amenities, Bay View Vista is it. We didn’t want to leave. It’s near the center of the island with supermarkets, attractions and restaurants close at hand but we found renting a car gave us the best access to them. The casita is located in Parrot Tree Resort with its beautiful beach and other perks. The house is tastefully decorated, the view is stunning, the pool is just right and the very responsive owners have thought of everything. It’s a place you will want to come back to.

Bay View Vista

My 13-yr. old twin boys and I spent 11 glorious days in Roatan and stayed at Bay View Vista. Everything was great! The owners are fantastic and very accommodating. The casita is beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. I really cannot say enough about this casita or the wonderful owners! The pool is much larger than the pools in the other homes we have stayed in. And you will not tire from the incredible sunsets you will witness from the deck. Thank you for accommodating us last minute!

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view

My husband and I throughly enjoy our stay at this terrific property. Sean and De’anna are amazing hosts. We felt so comfortable there. They have thought of everything. Lovely dishes, linens, etc. we felt spoiled. Treat yourself to this special place. 82 seems to be the magic temperature. Their pool is a delight. We will miss it. 🏦🏝️👍🏻🐠

It couldn’t have been better

Amazing! If you like privacy, solitude, a breathtaking view, a house that is modern, fully equipped, & very comfortable, a small private pool with desirable outdoor living space, beautiful landscaping, and supportive owners & house manager, this is the place. My wife and I had hoped for a wonderful stay, but it exceeded all of our expectations. It was worth the money; you won’t be disappointed. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island, but we always had the option to escape the resort and tourist scene and return to the house for peace and quiet.

Vacation Dream

Our time in Roatan at Bay View vista was amazing. As you arrive the first thing you will see is the amazing hill side views of the bay and amazing pool and deck area. The home is beautiful, decorated with taste but not over the top, very welcoming. The home is beyond beautiful, kitchen is large and has everything you will need, Master bedroom large comfortable King bed with TV, DVD player. Living room offers a Queen Murphy which is very comfortable . Best of all was the owners, who made our stay more enjoyable, with helpful hints and suggestions of diving centers and places to eat. They suggested the Roatan Yacht Club located about a 10 min drive from the home, loved this place food was wonderful. This home is a vacation dream and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Perfect Quiet Get-Away

My husband and I couldn't have enjoyed our time more at Bay View Vista. Sean (property owner) was so easy to communicate with and made everything go seamless, as was his property manager Mary. The home is furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need, and more! We were so disappointed on our first day there that we forgot our bluetooth speaker for the beach and pool..........no fear! There was one there! Now, that is thinking of every little detail. If you are looking for quiet and away from the touristy areas (we always do) this is a fantastic choice. Typically when we travel we never return to a destination as we like to continue exploring but this is one place that we definitely want to go back to. They have built a comfortable and beautifully decorated home. We could have stayed at the house for days without even leaving if we wanted to. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Luxury in Paradise

Perfect in paradise

We wanted for nothing during our stay. The owner and property manager both checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Have already made the decision to stay here again when we return to the island. It was perfection in paradise!!

Peace and Quiet at Parrot Tree

We had a wonderful stay. The home was equipped with everything you could ever need. Parrot Tree is a beautiful subdivision and the house has a amazing view overlooking the bay. The owner Sean was a wealth of information and very helpful with all my husband's questions about the area. Mary the property manager did a great job checking to see if we need anything. Would definitely recommend staying here. Hoping to return in the future.

My wife and I have traveled the Caribbean for years and have stayed at some wonderful locations. This experience was the best ever. This property is set up with every detail provided that one may need. The owner has even provided a manual at the property with information for every question you may have. Highly Recommend - Beautiful - All Your Needs - Simply Paradise

This property is beautiful. We loved the decor and all the needs for vacation living. Kitchen has all the essentials. View from inside the house is just as charming as outside, big windows. Infinity pool is 10 steps from your door. Outdoor living is spacious. This is a dreamy villa with that home feeling, but on vacation ! Loved It! Owners are accommodating.
