My family and I had an excellent time staying here this past weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and lake that were all close by. My youngest really had fun at the playground and the check-in process was quite smooth and easy. Went rafting in glenwood springs which was an awesome experience and overall really enjoyed the whole trip and the property. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse. The townhouse was clean and kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The private shuttle was great and we were up at the Beaver Creak resort everyday within 10 minutes of leaving the front door. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a quick overnight work trip. The condo is huge, which gave everyone a lot of privacy. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo - something to keep in mind for anyone who can’t do stairs or has a lot of luggage. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location- Comfortable Condo-

Easy way to ski Beaver Creek. The condo is clean- and roomy. Kids enjoyed the puzzles, games and in room TVs with Netflix. We used the washer/dryer as well which was super convenient. The shuttle stopped right outside our door- could not have been any easier to get to the lift. The driver helped my kids on the bus and carried their gear- too kind. Couple of things that can be improved. 1- walls are thin- you can hear everything going on next door. 2- staircase up to the unit is dark- could use a light or a new bulb to see and be sure you don’t slip on snow. 3- Hottub/ Pool/ Sauna area is dated and a bit gross and super crowded.

Very comfortable for a group of 7. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, which made getting ready for the wedding we attended seamless with a large group! Nadine was very responsive to questions and accommodated all our needs. Location was perfect for getting to Vail easily. Thank you!

We are a family of five - twin 5 year old girls and a baby boy who love to travel and enjoy the outdoors!

As avid skiers, hikers and campers we fell in love with Vail Valley years ago. As we started our family we realized Avon was the perfect place for family adventures. We love the quick access to Beaver Creek and Vail for world class skiing, the lake right in front of our condo for paddle boarding, hiking nearby and restaurants/cafes walking distance for the family! We've ensured our condo is stocked with family friendly items to make traveling for families as easy as possible!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love Vail Valley year round! In the winter we love to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail and in the summer we enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paddle boarding on the lake across from our property. Our mountain condo gives us easy access to all of these outdoor activities.

Our property is super family friendly as we stock it up with all the baby and kids gear you could need!

We are also centrally located to lots of outdoor activities: world class skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, etc.
