1 twin sofa bed in the living room

Unit 4:
1 Queen + 1 Futon Studio

Unit 5:
1 queen bedroom with futon
1 couch in the living room

Unit 6 (2nd floor):
1 queen bedroom
1 futon in the living room

Unit 7 (casita with main kitchen):
1 queen in bedroom 1
1 queen in bedroom 2

📌 Please keep your pets away from the pool and bed
📌 Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Any damage to the AC will be billed to the guest with receipt provided.
📌 Please do not flush anything down the toilets, plumbing fees will be billed to you if the toilet is clogged with receipt provided.
📌 Excess cleaning there will be an additional deep cleaning fee billed to the guest with receipt provided.
📌 Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay. Any visitors, pets need to report to us.


Before check out:
📌 All late check out needed to be informed more than 48 hours before
Late check out within an hour $350
Late check out more than an hour will be considered another night rent
📌 If you move any furnitures, move them back to the original places
📌 Turn off all the AC / heater and close all the windows and doors
