This Abbey Springs Condo nestled deep in the woods is private but close enough to all the amenities for the whole family to enjoy. The recently updated unit has enough room for the entire family with two bedrooms on the lower level. Heading upstairs you can enjoy the wrap-around deck nestled in the trees. An updated kitchen boasts new appliances and beautiful updates. Enjoy a private driveway with plenty of room to park. Golf cart is also included during the summer months. Please note that this property is secluded in the woods and is definitely a "camping experience".

*This property is pet friendly with an additional fee. If there are any pet allergies in your party, please give us a call to discuss.

**Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.
* This condo is in the woods, some bugs are to be expected
*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.

We had a great stay while our personal home was being renovated. The wooded setting was beautiful and the entire family took advantage of the on site amenities. Communication with the host was great and all of our questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We may have further need of a place to stay while our home is worked on and we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available.

Great spot in Fontana!

Very clean, well appointed condo in the woods near Fontana. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to stay in and prepare meals. Great spots on the wrap around to enjoy the foliage!

Grandma’s Getaway

Wonderful stay. My 23 year old granddaughter and I needed a quiet retreat and this beautiful condo was a great choice. I have a golden retriever, she loved her walks every morning and evening, we had deer and tiny woodland creatures outside our doors which excited us both. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the Lake Geneva city, shopping, parks, beaches. Had a grand tour on the Lady Belle around the shoreline of Geneva Lake. I give the condo 5 stars and the same rating for Lake Geneva and surrounding towns.

Relaxing, beautiful family getaway

This home is bright, airy, peaceful, and a wonderful retreat for a family looking for a rejuvenating getaway. The whole family enjoyed the amenities of the resort, including cruising the neighborhood in the provided golf cart. Only draw back was there is no on-site location where our lab could run or chase balls off leash, but he did enjoy the frequent walks on the quiet neighborhood roads.

Clean Comfortable & Convenient

Just enough room for all of us and a great kitchen. Deck space for sun and coffee such a perk! Lots to do in the community and nearby. Golf cart appreciated! AS cares about its residents and safety. Look forward to returning!

Great Geneva Lake Condo in Nature

The property is very nice and I loved the living, dining and kitchen areas, which is an open space and there are ceiling to floor windows, so you can watch nature while eating, or drinking coffee in the morning. The bird feeders are a nice added touch. Property amenities and the location are great! Very, very quiet and relaxing. Will stay there again and recommend! It was winter when I visited, but the unit golf cart access is an added bonus in the warmer months.

We liked having a golf cart included or you could not get to the beach side of the resort. We liked the outdoor pool; we liked how spacious the condo was. We wished the wrap around patio was wiped down and blow out of the leaves and spiderwebs. We wished the tub drained the shower water only one of five were able to shower. Because the tub filled up and took hours to drain. We wished there was 1 floor length mirror. We wished there were window treatments that actually covered all windows. We wished the beds had a backboard and the wall of windows was not the backboard. There are bugs that crawl on the windows and seals. We wished the chill furniture was cozier, was hard to feel cozy and relaxed.
