This brand new, three-level, Platinum residence, perched above Eagle River and a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola, offers a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, including a gas range, plus a dining niche for eight+. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom and king size bed, a third bedroom with a queen size bed, a den with a sleeper sofa, desk/work space, washer/dryer, air conditioning, a one-car garage and parking for an additional vehicle outdoors.

Guests will savor delightful mountain and river views from the patio and furnished deck (with BBQ), as well as accessing The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek is also available. Must be 25 years old to check-in.

Great Avon Townhome

The townhome was just as described and pictured on the VRBO site, fully equipped and very nicely appointed. Top of the line amenities. Great location - what more can one say?

Great Unit
