There are 4 bedrooms: upstairs 3 bedrooms with sea view each including 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC including 1 suite (Master) including a dressing room and a large adjoining terrace. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with sea view also including a bathroom and separate WC.

The dependence is organized with a bedroom and a bathroom + WC as well as a large living room and all overlooking the swimming pool and the sea view.

Excellentes vacances

Superbe villa récemment rénovée avec toutes les facilités. La maison dispose de tout ce qui souhaitable pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriété a beaucoup de charme avec une superbe vue sur la Méditerranée. Très calme. Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires: très sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette maison magnifique. La vue est superbe et reposante. La décoration et les équipements sont vraiment haut de gamme. La piscine est parfaite par sa taille et sa profondeur, nous avons pu y juger de nombreux concours de plongeons de nos enfants et de leurs amies. L'accès au centre-ville est possible à pied même si le retour en montée est un peu plus difficile. Toute la villa a été refaite à neuf et nous avons été apparement les premiers occupants. Nous avons subi quelques désagréments normaux de "rodage" puisque tout était neuf. Mais le propriétaire, bien aidé par la très agréable et sympathique Michèle, est intervenu très rapidement pour y remédier. Nous gardons tous, adolescents et parents, un très bon souvenir de cette villa et l'envie d'y retourner un jour. Au plaisir.

Nous avons eu plaisir à accueillir la famille GROSJEAN qui ont été très respectueux de la villa et qui nous ont permis de roder l'organisation de nos locations. Ce sera avec grand plaisir de les recevoir de nouveau une prochaine fois.
