Welcome to your dream vacation rental, a luxurious 250m² Coastal Chic villa designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Fully renovated in 2023 to the highest standards, this stunning Ibiza-style retreat offers both luxury and comfort, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends.

Elegant Living Spaces:
Step into the expansive ground level, where you'll find a hyper-equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts, and a large, cozy living space featuring lounge seating and a dining table. Relax in the comfort of the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. Additionally, the ground level offers a pantry room with a second fridge and an extra toilet for added convenience.

4 Luxurious double Bedrooms:
Upstairs, discover three more beautifully appointed double bedrooms. One of these boasts its own ensuite bathroom and toilet, while the other two share a third bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. A separate toilet on the second level ensures everyone's privacy and comfort. Each bedroom is furnished with incredibly comfortable king-size beds (two at 200x200cm and two at 180x200cm), ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Maison Malou holidays

We had such a beautiful 11 Day Holiday at Maison Malou. From the Interior to the outdoor furniture and the pool area, it was just fantastic. Karen and her crew are doing an awesome job in keeping this Villa at it’s best. We hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely stay in a modern, very well equipped and very comfortable villa. The house was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated the new equipment provided for our baby grand-daughter. The views over the Mediterranean were incredible, and the house was close to the centre of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, but also very quiet and peaceful. It’s worth noting that the drive is very steep and there wasn’t enough room for our three cars to manoeuvre so we left one car parked (safely) on the road below the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house and would love to return in the future.

A jewel on the hillside of Cavalaire

Super-duper, that's how Maison Malou and our stay there can be summarised. Everything is excellent. The villa is exceptionally beautiful with a stunning view, a great design and modern furnishings, nothing is missing. A pool, a garage, very good air conditioning in all rooms, a Sonos sound system, impeccable Wi-Fi and a printer, two large fridges, a barbecue grill... We spent a week's holiday there as a family, my wife and I and our three grown-up sons with their girlfriends. The villa with its four very nice double rooms (two en-suite) is perfect for eight people. And all eight of us loved it. We will be back!P.S. The communication with the owners is uncomplicated and nice, the guide they send to you is very helpful. Thanks a lot, Karen!

Het huis is met veel smaak, aandacht en met mooie materialen ingericht. Fijne buitenmeubels en mooi ruim zwembad. Goed uitgerustte keuken om lekker te koken. Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

Fantastisch!

Absolut klasse! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Ferienhaus war neu renoviert und alles sehr sauber. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Super ausgestattete Küche, SONOS-System im ganzen Haus, Bäder mit Regenduschen, viel Platz im Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein Schreibtisch, schöner Pool und ein fantastischer Ausblick! Und Karen, die Gastgeberin, hatte eine tollen Guide für Check-in, Haus und Aktivitäten zusammengestellt, so dass kaum Fragen aufkamen. Wenn doch, hat Karen umgehend geantwortet. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

We are Karen and Patrice, a Belgian-French couple who share a deep love for France and its beautiful landscapes. Along with our two wonderful children, Louise (23) and Maxime (19), and our two adorable dogs, Karamel (an English Cocker Spaniel) and Baguette (a Wirehaired Dachshund), we call Belgium home.
Our journey as vacation home hosts began over 18 years ago with our charming property in Uzès. We cherished every moment there, hosting guests from around the world and creating countless memories. However, as much as we adored Uzès, we found ourselves longing for the sea and the refreshing embrace of coastal living.

During one of our vacations to the stunning bay of St-Tropez, we stumbled upon Maison Malou, a place that instantly captured our hearts. The breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, the elegance of the Côte d'Azur, and the vibrant local culture were impossible to resist. It was love at first sight, and we knew this would be our new home away from home.
