Complete accommodation of 56mÂČ with two bedrooms, and an exterior of 16mÂČ with a unique view along the Rompsay canal equiped of outdoor living room and outdoor dining table. Quiet and very accessible area. The accommodation also has an underground parking space.

The residence has another shared exterior as well as common vegetable gardens.

Located 15 minutes walk from the old port (down town). Two self-service bicycle terminals are located on each side of the residence. The cycle path passes in front of the residence.

Lovely stay in La Rochelle

A fantastic apartment to enjoy the highlights of La Rochelle. Just a short 20 minute walk into the old town, this apartment was clean, well managed and comfortable for our family of 4. Lovely large balcony area and decent sized bedrooms. Free parking outside too which was a bonus. No air con, but reasonably cool with the windows open. A lovely stay and a great host.

Tolle Lage, ideal mit FahrrÀdern

Im August haben wir zwei traumhafte Wochen in La Rochelle verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in der NĂ€he des Stadtzentrums direkt an einem Fahrradweg. Diverse StrĂ€nde sind mit den RĂ€dern oder dem Auto zĂŒgig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon sowie einen großen Fahrradstellplatz und eine Tiefgarage. Sie liegt ruhig an einem kleinen Fluss. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr vier Personen ausreichend, allerdings ist das Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Breite sehr klein. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist eher spĂ€rlich. Nachdem wir jedoch das Fehlen eines grĂ¶ĂŸeren Topfes bemĂ€ngelt hatten, hat der Vermieter innerhalb von zwei Tagen einen neuen, großen Topf besorgt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Möbel sind zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, aber eher einfach. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dennoch sehr gelungen.

L’appartement pourrait ĂȘtre parfait ! Malheureusement, nous avons dĂ» dĂ©ranger le propriĂ©taire car les casseroles n'Ă©taient plus utilisables, un matelas tachĂ© sur toute sa surface. Le tancarville complĂštement rouillĂ©. Le sofa trace ce brulure. L’appartement devrait ĂȘtre plus propre lors de la remise des clefs. (terrasse, cuisine, dans les coins toile d’araignĂ©e) Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la rĂ©activitĂ© du propriĂ©taire, le lendemain tout Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ©.
