Verblijf in St Maximin

Het is zeker dat dit een prachtige omgeving is om te verblijven. Het terras heeft een wondermooi uitzicht en Uzes is een heel gezellig stadje met veel restaurants en winkeltjes. Het huis zelf geeft een heel onverzorgde indruk. Er staat overal onkruid ook tussen de tegels, de buitenkant van het huis is dringend aan een opfrisbeurt toe. De automatische poort werkte niet. Het zwembad is gedurende ons verblijf maar 1 x gekuist. Binnen is er een poging gedaan om het huis smaakvol in te richten. Er ontbreekt echter vanalles. Een deel van het bestek is niet proper en ligt in een vieze oude kast. Het vaatwerk is vuil en de werkruimte om te koken beperkt. Ook zijn er veel te weinig handdoeken voor keuken en badkamer aanwezig. Het huis is prijs/kwaliteit teleurstellend.

Cher Monsieur, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de ces commentaires. Je ne comprends pas votre point sur la propreté de la maison. Celle ci est nettoyée avec la plus grande méticulosité pour chaque location. Lorsque je vous ai eu au téléphone, vous m'avez indiqué que des couverts étaient sales et je vous ai immédiatement proposé que la société de ménage repasse pour verifier et refaire un ménage intégral, ce que vous avez refusé catégoriquement. Je suis tout à fait navrée que cette maison ne vous aie pas donné pleinement satisfaction. J'espère néanmoins que vous aurez profité des ressources infinies de notre belle région. Bien cordialement

Un week-end de pure détente en amoureux

Réservée en dernière minute, nous avons eu de la chance en tombant sur cette magnifique maison avec piscine dans un joli village juste avant Uzes. Nous avons suivi les conseils de Vanessa (encore merci) pour voir l’exposition incroyable sur les Étrusques à Nîmes et la foire aux antiquités de Barjac. Super agréable de pouvoir dîner avec une vue magnifique sur la garrigue au bord de la piscine. A noter : le marché d’Uzes c’est le samedi, et le dimanche c’est compliqué de faire ses courses alors les restaurants sont l’unique solution.

Maison agréable mais trop chere pour le niveau de prestation

Séjour agréable bien rénovée à l'intérieur, les extérieurs sont restés dans leurs jus et nécessitent des travaux et de l entretien, le mobilier extérieur est correct mais pas de zones d ombres aménagées. La note affichée correspond au prix qui est trop élevé par rapport au niveau de prestation. De plus, il faut souligner la création en court d un parc d enfant sur le terrain communal à côté de la maison.

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire ce retour. Concernant votre remarque sur les aménagements extérieurs, je suis vraiment désolée si les 3 parasols et la pergola n'ont pas suffi à rendre supportable la terrasse extérieure durant cette semaine d'extrême canicule. Pour le terrain de basket qui est proche de la maison et qui est mentionné dans l'annonce, il a profité cet été de travaux de réfection des équipements sur 1 journée, et je suis navrée que vous ayez eu à subir le bruit de ces travaux. Je vous remercie pour vos remarques positives sur l'intérieur de la maison.
