Beachside Village is an established, premier neighborhood beachside just a few minutes walk to the shore! This home has a soaring wall of double windows in the living area that provide beautiful natural light to the common areas. One of just a couple homes in the neighborhood that has complete wrap around decks where you can walk around the house to the other side! (Check out the "secret deck") as one guest described it! And the yard is 100% fenced.

Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances including built-in ice maker, plus new GE side by side fridge installed winter 2023 & full size washer & dryer. Professional grade pots and pans and small appliances such as blender, crock pot, toaster, can opener, and both drip and Keurig coffee pots. Some cooking oil and spices provided. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, hand soap, sponge, also provided. Margarita glasses, martini glasses, tea & hi ball glasses provided.

360 degree wrap around porches on both levels all freshly stained, including all decks. Outdoor furniture on all decks, rocking chairs and side tables. Overhead and market lights on covered ground level area with charcoal grill, , two tables and cocktail lounge area! Plenty of room to entertain, rain or shine.
