Medano Beach is 250 feet away, less than a 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants "The Office" , "Ediths", "La Lupita", "Tres Sirenas", "Bar Esquina", "Gardenas" and so many more. The Marina, and the associated Luxury shopping mall, and downtown are all less than a 5 minute walk also. No need for a rental car. You are there, the condo is right in the heart of all that Cabo has to offer. The Condo features

Best decision we made! You are just minutes away from it all. A beautiful and spacious condo with great views. Everyone was so friendly! We truly had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location. Close to everything. Thank you for your wonderful condo and to Hector the host. Taking the time to welcome us with a couple of beers and bottles of water was really appreciated. Especially after a long flight.The condo as everything you need for a perfect gateway.

Great Place Amazing Location

This property is beautiful and accurately described and pictured. Bradly the owner was great as well as Todd the property manager. They communicated well and check in and out was very smooth. We were the first people to stay here and they are still prepping the rental a bit but were very open and honest about it. There were no window coverings yet and I suspect it will be bright even when there are so I would recommend to bring an eye mask as well as ear plugs as it can be a little noisy at night as are many places in Mexico. The unit is beautiful! Very spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. 1 min walk to the beach, 1 min walk to the marina and mall and steps from many great restaurants and lounges. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is great value and we will be back!

Thank you so much for the excellent review! The window coverings are on order and will be installed very soon. We purchased window coverings specifically designed to take care of the light since there are so many windows in the Condo. Yes, like most of the ideal locations in Cabo there is going to be some noise at night. We will make sure to have ear plugs in the unit for our guests if they need them. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay, we greatly appreciate you staying at our Condo. We hope you stay with us again very soon. We recently purchased the Condo and are striving to make it a very special place for people to enjoy while they have a fantastic vacation in Cabo!

Excellent Condo and Host

We had an amazing stay at the condo. It is in an excellent location and it was a short walk to the beach, mall, marina and restaurants. Brad is an amazing host!! We were a last minute booking. He and the team at the condo made everything a breeze. From transportation at the airport, check-in and check-out, to tips to enjoy the stay Brad was there to help. We will definitely stay again!
