This is a 3 story brand new townhouse located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Walking distance to night life, shopping and fantastic local restaurants. . All floors access by Stairs only.

You’ll love the 3 zone layout, abundance of natural lighting, and the overall comfort that this home provides.

3rd floor- Bedroom 1: King bed, full bathroom and Outdoor Balcony -enjoy your morning coffee or an evening under the stars

2nd floor- living room/kitchen combo and sleeper loveseat and outdoor balcony - enjoy your morning coffee or an evening under the stars

First Floor- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with half bath

- Fully stocked, eat-in kitchen

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space has really been used wisely and everything that is needed is available. The townhome was very clean and beautiful decorate. Merlita has style and is an amazing host. I’ve already recommended the listing to a few friends. I would 100% stay here again.

This is an awesome spot! The townhouse was really comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. Loved how walking friendly the neighborhood was and the great sunset views from the western facing decks. The communication with the host was excellent. Really easy checkout. We loved out stay! Thanks so much for everything.

Close to convention center, but not walking distance

Easy to drop off aonyone meeting at the Convention Center. Air conditioning units are hard to adjust to avoid serious! cold drafts. Stairs are very steep and living area is too small with awkward tv viewing/comfort. Bedrooms are large with excellent mattresses.

Condo is not Senior Citizen freindly (70 or up) I always warn guest that it is a 3 story condo. For size and location it is a great value. They should have read discription and looked at pictures. You have to be somewhat techie to use any AC units nowadays. No way to please some people when they clearly should have been more selective of choosing a rental property suited for their age. My condo was the only one available close by due to popular events and hence the review. I should have let them leave but there were no properties available other than high price one bedroom hotel room,which I clearly should have let them do instead of staying in my condo.

Great place

Cozy townhouse for a quiet getaway. My wife and baby and another couple stayed here. The top and bottom floor bedrooms with the living room separating them were perfect for our baby waking up in the night. Our other couple never woke up when she was crying. If you’re looking for a getaway that isn’t going to break the bank, but still give you the privacy you’re wanting this is the place.

Terrific townhouse, cozy Chattanooga!

Loved loved loved this townhouse!! Perfect size, beautiful decor, amazingly close to everything we wanted to do!! Merlita’s home is perfect for a quick getaway or even longer! She’s very good w communication and the townhouse is within walking distance to Finley, bars, restaurants etc! Only a ten min drive to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, Battle of Chattanooga!
