Absolute Paradise!!!

This home was gorgeous and provided us with everything we could possibly need! Plenty of space and activities in the area for everyone! Check in and check out was flawless! All communication was impeccable! Thank you for making our stay amazing! I highly recommend this rental home! You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful place. Garbage cans stunk really bad. Pool/Hot tub was a little too full so it was hard to get the pool to cool down, we finally just turned the temperature down for both. Would stay here again.

Ocotillo 67

The swimming pool was much smaller than expected but the kids had fun in it and enjoyed it. The pool was warmer than most community pools and the weather was chilly, so that was nice. We had a few issues and after some discussion, management took care of what they could. The garage is dirty and smelled bad from the grossly dirty garbage cans stored in there. The two throw rugs in the dinning and TV areas were not as clean as I thought they should be.The kids loved the triple high bunk beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and silverware etc. The most glasses and dishes I have seen in a place like this.

Everything was great. I recommend swapping out some of the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. It will leave you with plenty of bunk beds.

Wonderful private getaway

Big and spacious, plenty of rooms (we only used 3) with awesome amenities. Loved the private pool and THE TV BY THE POOL. I loved that. Big TVs in all the rooms was great, grill and all of the fire pits. Beds were terrific. Very enjoyable. Ready to go again.

Absolutely Fantastic Place.

We had an amazing time at this property. The pool would have been small for a large group. We had a family of 8 and it was fine for us. Most of us wanted to spend time sitting in the hot tub. the pool was there to cool down. Everything was top-notch.

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay here. Everything was spacious and clean. Host is very helpful and easy to contact. The private hot tub and pool is great. Would stay here again.

Great house for a family reunion

This is a great house for a family reunion. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We really liked that the bathrooms were attached to all but one of the bedrooms. The kids enjoyed the rooms with bunk beds. The living area was large enough to gather the family and there was plenty of space in the eating area. Our one disappointment was the pool at the house. It was very small and the water was hot. The community pool was fun and very close to the house. The pickle ball courts were also very close.

Amazing Home and Community

I recently stayed at this home with a few of my friends for my birthday, and it was nothing short of excellent. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained. The balcony provided stunning views, and a great place to hang out at night with the fire pit! The community and pool were fantastic, providing a tranquil atmosphere and a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Highly recommended!

Loved having the private pool

The house layout was perfect for what we needed and during this busy spring break time it was great to have our backyard pool and hot tub as an option.

Underwhelmed

We come to St George a lot and have stayed in tons of rental properties. We have never had to write a negative review before but we feel it is necessary this time. First off the house was large with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. It is in a good location and the community is nice. We were very disappointed with the amenities at the property though. We decided to splurge a littleand book a house with a private pool. The pool was much smaller than pictured more like two big hot tubs. When we arrived we could not get the tablet that controls the pool to work. We contacted the property management company and while they were always quick to respond they never offered any solutions. They just said they would fix it but never while we were there staying. After two days of trying different things and going to buy batteries for the controller for the pool we were able to get the hot tub to work but it never would heat about 95. Don’t waste your money on a private pool here it is not worth it. The most frustrating part of this house is there was no hairdryer, iron or a working can opener. We have never had an issue with not having these things in a rental. We were in town for a wedding and it made getting ready very difficult. Don’t waste your money staying here. There are too many good choices in St George.

The management company was very prompt in responding to our few concerns. The property had everything you could want. All the extra fees were a surprise but all in all worth the stay.

It was great!

We had a great time, the communication was very nice, receiving texts ahead of time so we knew if we needed anything we could reach out easily and get what we needed. Fortunately though, we never needed anything as everything was setup so nicely, but the peace of mind is always welcomed.
