Perfect Stay

We loved our visit to Grand Junction for Mother’s Day! Great location and the house was even better than we expected. Close to downtown and tasty restaurants. Comfy beds and well-outfitted kitchen. Look forward to staying here again!

Great property for families!

Cozy and welcoming

Downtown charmer was just that — an adorable space just minutes from parks and other destinations. Communication with the host was excellent, they were accommodating and check-in was a breeze. Bookmarking for the next time we're in Grand Junction!

Lovely property close to a park, downtown, shopping and restaurants! There were 6 of us and we all fit nicely in this roomy little cottage. Adorable updated house

We came to Colorado for a basketball tournament. This is an older house that has been completely updated!! We loved all the character and charm. We would definitely stay here again!

Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for the 5 us. All the spaces were comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was so peaceful for the adults and lovely for our son to run around in. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood which was quiet and close to downtown, wineries and colorado monument. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Spring time in GJ

Well decorated, lovely, clean in great neighborhoods

We loved this rental! Great part of town near shops and restaurants. The house had personal touches everywhere. Spacious kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the master suite being somewhat separate from the other two bedrooms.

Close to Main St, Peaches, Wine and MTBing

This was a kid-friendly home with toys, large ranch home floorspace, and a fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the location because we're between Palisade and Fruita/Loma which we visited for fruit picking, wine tasting and MTB trails, but also near downtown GJ for restaurants.

Great house

We had a great stay. 3 BR’s each with its own bathroom was really nice. Grilled and ate outside a couple nights. Nice proximity to downtown. A couple small lighting/fan issues were addressed promptly. Really enjoyed the house.

Nice, clean home close to CMU

The house was great, very clean and plenty of room for my family. The yard is great as well, even though it was cold when we were there. Very close to CMU which made is convenient for us since we were there for a swim meet. We'd love to rent it again in the summer so we could get out in the back yard. We would definitely rent this house again.
