Todd was very good at comminicating about what was to be expected. He responded very quickly and answered any questions. He met us at the site and showed us around the property with so much pride. You could tell he loves what he is offering. The location of the property was great. At the end of the road so no thru traffic to worry about with our children. We didn't feel as if we were bothering neighbors. There was plenty of parking for our group. Property is located close to grocery store and restaurants. We had a great experience with this property.

I’m looking for the cost and am frustrated that I can’t easily find how much I spent. The Host was great, and even brought us donuts one day, which were a big hit with my grandchildren! Great time!

The house was very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with basic spices and a wide variety of small appliances. The house had several childrens books and toys, which was so nice as my 1 year old grandson traveled with us. The location was ideal for all of the National Parks we wanted to visit. The owner met us at check in and explained everything about the house. He made the check in process very easy. Would definitely recommend this house.

The house was perfect for us. Clean and spacious, well-supplied, very nice furniture, great deck and beautiful views. The host was friendly and very welcoming. Other than GPS giving us the wrong directions for getting to the house, everything was great. (GPS should say turn on Mesa Vista, if it doesn't it's giving you the wrong road.) We all wished we were there for longer and a real vacation not just a quick trip. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Todd.

Todd and Sophran were very welcoming and went through things with us in detail when we arrived. The property was well appointed and met our needs to a tee. Sometimes properties for large parties are not well suited or equipped but everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this property and host!

The house is spacious with several conversation areas, a well equipped kitchen, several bedroom and bathrooms and a huge deck with incredible views. All of my guests (family) commented about how perfect it was for our reunion.

Lots of room. Great location with easy access to downtown, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, etc. Comfortable beds, large living area. Spent every evening on the deck around the fire table.

Great location, ample space and well-appointed.

We had an excellent stay, the kitchen equipment was extensive, the deck was great for enjoying the evening weather and views. Todd was incredibly welcoming and responsive.
