This unit sits above a bar so if you have young kids be warned about the noise. Whoever lives above the unit was also very loud and walking around making noise till 1:30am. Baffled to be told it’s kid friendly yet above a bar named the Fiesty Pint……

We are sorry you felt your stay was a one star experience. The listing is located above a restaurant not a bar and it closes at 10 PM. We mentioned this in the listing as well. You don't ever have to enter the restaurant to access the unit. As far as the upstairs neighbor I apologize that they were making noise at night. We don't manage that unit, but will contact the owner of the unit about this to get it resolved.

Perfectly located for activities downtown in Grand Junction. we went to a concert at las colonias Park, and although it’s a ways, it was walkable. It’s very walkable to all the restaurants downtown.
