This brand new residence is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola and offers a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, a dining niche and three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second with a queen bed, and the third with a full-over-queen bunk bed. Additional features include a washer/dryer and underground parking for one vehicle.

Guests will enjoy delightful valley views from the deck, and access to The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek is also available.

Just Right

We loved staying here! The space was just right for our family of five. We especially appreciated the amenities of the Westin right next door. And, getting to the gondola was incredibly easy!

Brilliant!!!

This place was extremely nice from room to room, to the Westin and the gondola! We ultimately picked this place because of the proximity to the gondola and the amenities of the Westin! My kids loved playing the Xbox in the bunk room, we enjoyed the hot tub at both the Westin and this building, as well as the bar at the Westin. Everything about this place, from amenities, to furniture, to the espresso machine, was upscale. Fantastic Stay!

Shiny and glam

My family really enjoyed our recent stay! The location is great, the layout of the unit is nice and the electronics and appliances are high end. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and make ourselves at home. It would be nice to have instructions for the espresso machine and perhaps the TV's but we were able to figure everything out on our own. The game room downstairs with the pool table was fun and the hot tub was nice, so much so that we never did use the Westin pool or hot tub. The other renters/homeowners on the property were friendly as was the management. The only issue we had was with the A/C unit in the bunk room as the room did get too warm for our kids but management quickly provided us with a fan and put in a work order to have it fixed. Unfortunately for us it couldn't be fixed during our weekend stay, but we solved the issue temporarily by opening the living room patio door to bring in some cold air. There are no windows in the bunk room as it is an inside room. All other rooms have doors and windows. A few other things to note, the wine fridge is locked with the owner's personal items and I recommend taking your own K-Cups for coffee in case you are not able to figure out the fancy espresso machine. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back!
