Loved our stay

We had a great stay. Host/owner communicated great. Loved the place and we will stay again if we're back in the area. It's a beautiful home, pool, master bath, quiet neighborhood.

Very quite place.

the property was in great shape. very easy to get to and get to stores. Loved the screened in pool. Very quite neighborhood. gated community so as two women traveling felt very safe. House is set up so 3 couples could stay very comfortable.

The Dirtiest house I have stayed in! Bad communication!

From the day of check in not receiving any communication from the owner about check in, WiFi or how to enter the gated community.check in was at 4pm and I decided to call the owner at 3:30pm after my message on VRBO at 12:30pm earlier in the day was not responded to, to be told that the gate has my name and the front door is unlocked. The keys are inside left by the cleaning lady. The house itself only made it worse. Upon pulling in the driveway which was covered in debri, a garage door, front door that hadn’t seen a fresh coat of paint for at least 20 years, or a yard that has not been cared for a long time. After entering the front door to a living room with no furniture and multiple beeping/chirping smoke detectors. Not a great 1st impression. The owner instructed me to install some batteries via text. Then instructed me to detach them from the house to turn them off. The refrigerator had a tuna sandwich in a sandwich baggy with one bite out of it. The owner explained it as the cleaning lady must have forgot it. I would avoid would attach pics if I could. I highly doubt this property had been cleaned in years. Stay away!

Nice place, quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay and would stay here again when in the area. Host communication was great. Loved the pool and other amenities available in the neighborhood.

Relaxing Stay Away From It All

Lovely, quiet (Well quiet until the Sandhill Cranes start bellowing. ;-) The amount of nature was pleasantly surprising considering it is a planned 55+ community.) property that had everything I needed for a working vacation. Really appreciated being able to use the garage. The only downside was the distance needed to travel to get to the suburbs of Orlando for more than basic groceries. Before booking one should calculate time, tolls, & gas if planning on visiting the tourist attractions of Orlando. There were a few issues, beyond the control of the owner, that were dealt with in time. Overall a very pleasant stay.
