Welcome to The Villages...You will love your stay at our spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom vacation home. Located in The Village of Mallory Square, it is one of the more desirable, picturesque and ultra-convenient neighborhoods in The Villages. Our beautiful home is on a large corner lot with loads of privacy. You and your guests will be vacationing in the "Heart" of The Villages just minutes from the most popular town square...Lake Sumter Landing. Our place will be “spotlessly” clean and equipped with all you will need to have a safe, joyful and memorable stay.

All you have to bring with you is your suitcases and golf clubs (although we have 3 sets of golf clubs already here if you forget yours). Oh, and another thing...there is free use of a Sapphire Blue Pearl Metallic Yamaha gas engine 2 seater golf cart waiting your arrival. Use it for golfing or just cruising around The Villages taking in the sights and the lifestyle. The gas tank will be full and don’t worry about replacing what you use.

Beautiful Lake Sumter Landing (where you can take Kayak excursions, natural pontoon tours and guided fishing tours on Lake Sumter) and the whole wonderful lifestyle The Villages offers is at your doorstep. If you are into golfing...there are10 twenty-seven hole golf courses, 3 eighteen-hole hole courses, 13 country clubs which include courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez and prestigious amenities like restaurants, practice hitting ranges and pro shops. You also have access to 42 nine-hole executive courses, as well as the Village’s Golf Academy to work on your swing. The Villages has incredible weather year-round so you can play golf year round.
If you want to lounge and relax by the swimming pool...there are three “village centers” (less than 5 minutes from our place) where you can meet new friends and enjoy a swim in the “family-friendly” pools. These “village centers” also have all the equipment provided free of charge to enjoy tennis, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards plus so much more.
The “neighborhood centers” (also less than 5 minutes from our place) have three “adult-only” pools and activities so you can enjoy swimming, sun-bathing or play a round of bocce ball, horseshoes or shuffleboard. This is also great for socializing by the pool with your new friends and neighbors.
As owners, we will secure your "Guest " passes. These are required, along with a photo I.D., to have access to all the recreation centers, pools, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce ball, billiards, archery and horseshoes etc. The Villages provides the needed equipment free of charge. These "Guest" passes are also free.
You can also get some fresh air and exercise going for a bike ride ( we have his and her bikes waiting in the garage for you) or enjoying the numerous walking trails that traverse the community.

Lake Sumter Landing with its beautiful waterfront setting and its lighthouse on Lake Sumter is the favorite town square for many “Villagers” and considered the “Heart” of The Villages. It has become a landmark that signals food, shopping, fun and free nightly entertainment all year long. Oh...and it is only a pleasant 6 minute golf cart ride from your vacation rental.
The dining, entertainment and shopping options are limitless in The Villages (there are over 75 restaurants within 20 minutes of our place). Each and every night, all three village town squares (Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and Brownwood) host live music for your listening and dancing enjoyment after dining at one of the many fine nearby restaurants. These performances are free and appeal to all ages. Several of The Villages restaurants and bars offer live music during the week, as well.
You can also take in a concert, play or musical throughout the year at Katie Belle’s, the Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center and the Savannah Center.
You can also catch an afternoon matinee or an evening showing of the latest blockbuster at one of the three movie theaters in The Villages.

There is so much more that makes our Vacation Rental a Wonderful Value. Our place has everything you will need during your stay including all your kitchen and cooking utensils (even has decaf and regular coffee, tea, sugar and creamer) and a full supply of toiletries (soaps, shampoos, towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, beach towels, etc.).

Your vacation rental sits on an over-sized corner lot and there are no homes behind you. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sun rising on another wonderful day in The Villages. You will love how beautifully furnished and decorated this home is. The open and roomy floor plan has a split bedroom layout with all the privacy built in.
All 3 bedrooms are carpeted and have plenty of space to settle in like you are at home. Master BR has a king size bed, wall mounted 44" flat-screen HD Smart TV, and 2 large walk-in closets. The private master bath has ceramic tile floor in all wet areas, hers and his counters, a linen closet and a custom tiled Roman shower.
The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and have a pocket door to help provide privacy from the main part of house. Each guest bedroom has carpeting and its own entry door that can be locked.
One guest bedroom has a roomy closet and queen size bed along with a 32” flat-screen HD Smart TV. The other bedroom/den/study has a futon and a desk for your computing needs and is a very comfortable room for reading/relaxing.
The ceramic tile Guest Bath located between the 2 guest bedrooms has a Shower/Tub combination.
The spacious kitchen has top notch appliances, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, convection oven, large breakfast bar, separate breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, over and under counter lighting and plenty of pull-out shelve and cabinet space.
The living area has laminate floors, plenty of comfortable seating space, an electric fire-place, a wall mounted 55” flat-screen Smart HD TV and is adjacent to the dining area. The dining area is accented by wooden columns and it also has laminate floors, a beautiful dining table that seats 6 and is 3 steps from the kitchen.
The all acrylic glass enclosed lanai is entered into from the main living and dining areas through glass-sliding doors. It is also accessible through glass-sliding doors from the Master Bedroom. It include plenty of seating for morning breakfast, afternoon lunch or just relaxing and watching the wonderful Villages lifestyle wander by.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, cabinet space and base cabinets with large laundry tub. Washing detergents, etc. are provided. The laundry room leads to the over-sized 2 car garage. Plenty of space for your personal vehicle and the golf car in the garage.
Other features include: a CharBroil Infrared Patio Bistro Electric Grill for BBQing, His & Hers Adult Bicycles with safety helmets, HD Cable Television, Hi Speed WiFi Internet, Plantation Window Shutters and blinds, Dishwasher, Microwave, Disposal, Four Skylights, Smoke Alarms/Carbon Monoxide detectors, First-Aid Kit, Washer and Dryer and Ceiling Fans in all rooms. The front porch is very relaxing and has seating for four (4).

Within minutes of your vacation rental you also have additional shopping, stores and dining available including Walmart Supercenter, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Target, Bealls, Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, HomeGoods, Bass Factory Outlet, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Aldi, The Fresh Market, Bob Evans, Bonefish Grill, Sonny’s BBQ, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TooJays Gourmet Deli, Johnny Rockets, RJ Gators, Starbucks and Panera Bread. I could go on and on but believe me when we say you are in the HEART of The Villages and the skies the limit when it comes to fun activities, fine dining and shopping and it ALL is just short walking or golf-cart rides away from your vacation rental.
