This is the best rental, bar none. The owner keeps the home in tip-top shape. Cleanliness is our highest priority and this home is exceptionally well maintained and very comfortable. Household items are plentiful, making for an easy and enjoyable stay. The owner checks in to make sure everything is going well. If you have questions they will be addressed promptly. Guest passes and general information sheets are provided in the home, making check-in truly seamless. We would definitely like to stay here again

Exceptional property. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The property was clean and had all kinds of little extras. Everything we needed was there. It was a great location also and we really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in the Villages many times using VRBO and by far this was our best experience. Only one other came close, but that's another story. Bruce and Jean were great in their communications, had our guest passes at the house so we didn't have to pick them up--first time ever for us--and were extremely easy to work with. The home was immaculate--my wife is a clean-freak and she was happy--and had plenty of household items available to make our stay easy and comfortable. Will definitely see if it is available the next time we are looking.

We loved our stay at this rental! Bruce was quick to respond to questions, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Having a golf cart to use was a highlight! Appreciate having passes to enjoy the amenities around the villages.

Awsome location

Owners was very helpful before during and after our trip. The property is very well stalked if you eat in and a great location to many restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Bruce and Jean were so welcoming, friendly and accessible. The house was exceptionally nice, clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. Of the 14 days we were there, we only had 3 meals out because we felt so comfortable cooking in the kitchen. We enjoyed spending evenings at Lake Sumpter Landing, and travelled to Sawgrass, Spanish Springs (for bowling!) and Brownwood as well. We met so many lovely people at the pool. Would love to return.

Bruce and Jean are wonderful, accommodating hosts. They called ahead of time to provide all of the details that I would need to make my access to the home easy. Their home is lovely! CLEAN, SPOTLESS!
