Imagine spending your week in a stunningly decorated condo right on the ocean, and playing in the Caribbean Sea that is so blue and clear it takes your breath away. Welcome to Cantamar 303 Perfect. 'Wow! was our first reaction when we walked into your condo', wrote one of our guests. Our oceanside setting is know for having the clearest shoreline water on Cozumel.

Cantamar 303 is a luxuriously decorated condo that includes amenities that most condos do not. This jewel-like condo with a two level balcony, that gives you a 180 degree panoramic view stretching from the town of San Miguel to the historic Cozumel Marina. It has an exceptional and uniquely private, oceanfront location.

There are reasons why our condo has one of the highest returning guest rates on the island. First is the unique location. If you are considering a condo rental, first ask 'is it right on the ocean?' Many condos that advertise 'right on the ocean' are actually buried in high density complexes near the ocean or located in high rise condos that feel more like apartments than private condos. We are located on one of the most pristine shores in Cozumel in a smaller condo with has only 8 owners available to an exclusive beach front.

Then you must ask, 'What will our seaside activity area be like-that is if you choose to be active?' Many of the recently built condos are essentially huge concrete decks with gorgeous pools. Many condos that have sandy beaches do not have privacy and in Mexico, every citizen can join you at your beach if it is accessible.

Our condo's private shore area cascades down on three levels. There is a pool and sun deck level with a cold water shower, then you step down on either side of the pool to the sand beach where there are with two palapas and a pergola.

A unique nautical observation deck extends out into the ocean. From here you enter the ocean by ladder or from the pier. 'We snorkeled all over the island but discovered that some of the best snorkeling was right out in front of your condo.' wrote a guest.

Another consideration is the condo itself. Our two bedroom/two bath unit is decorated in the arts and designs of Mexico. Furnishings are hand carved in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is not a cold rental unit but our lovely decorated home, away from home.

I am an art lover and my wife has made our condo into a warm and inviting place that you will love to return to each day. The Master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the ocean, a King-sized bed, and an in-room double whirlpool with a view of the sea. There is a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is also spacious with two double beds and an adjacent full bath. The back bedroom also has a TV for DVD or VCR movies. 'Yes. The kids can watch there own movie or play there video games, while Mom and Dad enjoy the entertainment center in the living room.

Our Living Room is a step down and has two sectional couches that face the entertainment center. You dine either on the balcony off the Living Room or the Dining Area beside the kitchen. Our managers call our kitchen the coolest kitchen on the island. With its original art of the walls and local ceramic tile...it is a jewel.

We have packed these spaces with amenities we enjoy- the spotting scope to watch the cruise ships leave in the evening, an audiophile stereo with IPOD docking and an LCD TV/DVD combo for your movies or ours.

A local phone is provided and we have wireless internet. Our zealous maid provides regular maid service, including your dirty dishes. Our agent is available to answer every question about the island or island excursions.

When Mexico decided to provide an ocean retreat for the President, it selected Cozumel as the location. They chose the North Drive (Costera Norte) for the location. So the President of Mexico is our neighbor to the south.

The Costera Norte is the exclusive quiet area on the island where luxury condos are being built. If you rent another unit south of San Miguel, your week in Cozumel will be faced with thousands of cruisers leaving the ships for town and the taxis that follow them.

From our condo you can walk to the central square. It is less than a mile. Or stroll north a couple of miles to our Jack Nicklaus golf course to hit a ball, or enjoy some of the best bird-watching in the Yucatan. This is our location.

Beside our condo is our small studio, decorated to the hilt. All tile bath with shower. It has a near queen-sized Murphy bed with his and hers wardrobes. A complete kitchenette. Cable TV, free calling to the US and wireless there too.

Best of all you have a balcony and that has the same ocean view and all the amenities of our other condominium unit. Some guests have rented both units. A perfect solution to a tribal gathering.

However if you are looking for a party condo for Spring Break, do not bother to call. Our condominium prides itself in being a quiet paradise in stark contrast to the noisy night of hotel culture around us. We offer serious discounts for off season and 'near to the date' bookings.
