Located about 2.5 miles from Cozumel Downtown, right on a White Sandy Beach and fabulous sunsets over the Mexican Caribbean, this Ocean Front Condo is the perfect spot in the Mexican Caribbean.

This is a 7 stories building with spectacular Cozumel views. It has a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea as well as on the Cozumel Jungle side.

Outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool and a Natural Sandy Beach.

This spectacular Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, accommodating a maximum of six guests. If you like art, this unit is practically wall to wall murals (including murals even in some bathrooms!).
It is located on the first floor and offers great views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. The terrace, with furniture, runs the entire width of the oceanfront condo, so not only does the living room area have its own terrace, so do the 2 ocean facing bedrooms. You cannot get more Ocean View than that!!

THE LIVING ROOM: This 2115 square foot unit, seem even larger than it is as it is all open i.e. there are sliding doors with full Cozumel Ocean View on the west side and sliding patio doors on the east side, and all open space in between, where the living room/dining room and kitchen are. There is a comfortable couch and 2 other large and comfortable chairs, TV and phone for free USA calls. The whole living room faces west, and is all sliding glass doors, giving you an unobstructed view of the beautiful turquoise seas. Slide open the doors and you have a huge balcony, running the full length of the condo. The terrace has its own table and chairs for eating ‘al fresco’ or just for enjoying the Caribbean Sunsets.

THE DINING ROOM: You can even see the Breathtaking Caribbean Sea from the dining room! The table comfortably seats 8, and there is also seating for 2 (two) at the kitchen lunch counter. There is also a second terrace behind the dining room, facing the Cozumel Jungle.

THE KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen even has an Ocean View. This will inspire anyone to cook!

BEDROOM #1: The Master Bedroom, which has a king size bed, has wall to wall glass patio sliding doors, facing the ocean, with a Majestic Caribbean Sea view, and private access to the balcony from the bedroom. The large private bathroom has both a tub and a shower, and double vanity sinks.

BEDROOM #2: Has a similar layout to the Master Bedroom and offers the same stunning floor to ceiling Ocean Views. There is direct access to the balcony from the bedroom. Private bathroom with shower only.

BEDROOM #3: This is the only bedroom that does not have an Ocean View…it overlooks the lush, Tropical Cozumel Jungle. Two single beds can be made into a king. Private bathroom and shower.
