All bookings made AFTER February 25th, 2023, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

This property is equipped with a standard package at check-in containing:
2 toilet paper rolls in
each bathroom and one soap in each bathroom sink. 1 garbage bag in each
garbage can plus 2 extras in the kitchen. 1 kitchen paper roll, some laundry detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs.
