Island Dunes is a Townhouse Condominium complex, with two and three bedroom units.

We are located 1 block from beach in beautiful Port Aransas.
Easy walking.

The unit has a full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need, except maybe your favorite omelet pan.

Each day brings a different menu of things to do. Tensions disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches.

We are golf cart accessible from beach and town.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Great location- great communication with the host. Perfect for 2 couples with the upstairs and downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Walk to the beach- clean and always a good time in Port A- thank you for hosting us!

RELAXING GETAWAY

We had such an easy check-in and Kim was great communicating with us regarding keys, parking and check-out. Beach access, parking, kitchen and bathrooms...everything was perfect!! We couldn't have asked for a better location or better home to stay in.

The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen gadgets and appliances. Very convenient to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

We had absolute wonderful stay at this property! From the beautiful home itself to the great location. The home was perfect for myself , my son and 3 grandchildren. The beach is in walking distance and the pool right around the corner. This was the perfect weekend getaway!

Could not pick a better place to stay. Beach is one block away.. clean… great parking etc.. great location for two couples with 2 bathrooms/ 2 bedrooms. Very easy check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for the beach! The condo has been updated and is so cute! It was clean!!! Highly recommend! I can’t wait to stay again.

Had a wonderful time the pictures do not do this place justice.

It was a rainy weekend but we enjoyed the room it was better the advertised. We were able to enjoy the pool between rain storms . I can say enough about how great everything was . Kim is wonderful and I will continue booking with her.

Great friends' weekend stay!

This was a great place for my friend and I to stay for a weekend in Port A. The condo itself was perfect! The finishes were very nice, and it was very well maintained. We each had our own private cozy bedroom and bath. The grounds were well-kept and it was within easy walking distance of the beach, though we had rented a golf cart. Kim (manager) was so easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place and close to the beach!

Really loved our brief stay in Port A. This condo was perfect for us. Nicely decorated with ample towels, space and walking distance to the beach. Kim was very helpful the entire time and we’d stay there again.
