Unit is a split level with master bed room upstairs.
We are one block from beach.
Easy walking.
We are golf cart assessable from beach and town.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer.
Family friendly property, lot of grass for children to run around. Swimming pool in center of complex.
We do not rent to any one under 25 years of age.
