WEF - spacious 2 bedroom house

Just minutes away from the wellington Equestrian Festival Your home away from home! Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with full kitchen, formal dining room and living room. approx. 1200 sq. feet of living space. Private back patio and grill. (Please note it does back up to main road. ) Off street parking, fast WIFI and smart tv in every room. Some shared area such as patio/pool area.(pool is not heated) . It is a courtyard home. Your own fenced in area in the back yard as well. We are pet friendly prefer one dog but will make exceptions please reach out to me before booking with a pet. Thank you

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at Shanan's place, the house is lovely and very clean! Great location if you are showing at WEF as its less than 10 min drive to the show. The road behind the house is a bit loud only during busy times of the day (AM and PM rush hour) but its not a busy road later in the evening and did not bother us at all for sleeping. Shanan was incredibly responsive and was happy to help us with anything we needed during our stay.

Shanan was Amazing!

Lovely house to stay. Gracious to let us bring our dogs. Quiet lil house that was easy to get to. Ideal for those of us that horse show. Shanan went out of her way to help us out when needed. Would recommend this house and the property owner anytime!

Winter 21-22

Nice property. Clean. OK location. Three things I would need changed if I went there again. Pool needs to be heated. We were not able to use it. Highway noise behind the house is unbearable. We used ear plugs to sleep. The old truck in the driveway is unsightly. This is not shown on the marketing page yet it was there the whole time.

Romi the road noise is listed on the listing it is not a highway but a main road thru Wellington. Also noted on listing pool is not heated. And if the truck in the driveway bothered you so much And you would have told me I gladly would have moved it. I’m so sorry you were so disappointed in your stay but yet every time I asked, you had nothing but positive to say. A 2 rating just really contradicts all the compliments while you were here.

All the comforts of home?

Shanan was wonderful to work with. Very responsive to my inquiries and excellent communication. The house is everything as advertised. Immaculate with all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay and I will book again for next year.

Spring Break

The property was laid out perfectly for us and our 3 kids ranging 10-21. It is close to the horse show and easy to get on Southern to head toward the beach. Shannan and her family were very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay again, thank you!!!

Perfect location

We were in Wellington for an event at Adequan Global Dressage Festival; nice and close House was perfect for the three of us. Enjoyed evening walks in the safe Neighborhood.
