Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bill & Michelle's lovely condo. The view of the pond. alligator sightings and the walking paths delighted daily. We enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. The condo's location also allows for quick access to Estero Bay and all it has to offer.

A wonderful Place

We enjoyed every day in this wonderful home. Everything was clean and bright, especially the beautiful lanai. We loved riding the bikes on the great trails and the neighborhood pool was perfect. We will miss the time we spent here.

We are Bill & Michelle, we have 2 boys ages 34 & 32 who are currently working and living in Boston, MA & Austin, TX. We purchased this condo because we love the the private location on the Lake with beautifully landscaped biking & walking trails as well as the security of the gated community.

This is a newly completely renovated condo as of December 2020 & again in 2023! It is a End unit with private attached garage. Bonita Bay's 2400 beautifully landscaped acres in a gated community with amenities that include 12 miles of biking & walking trails, private beach park on Bonta Beach, swimming pool & hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts & 3 nature parks.
