Perfectly situated in a quiet cove just off Central Avenue, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern lake house offers both tranquility and easy access to the area’s top attractions — including the Hot Springs Mall, restaurants, and Lake Hamilton activities.

Whether you're boating, racing at Oaklawn, or simply relaxing on the deck with a drink in hand, our Hot Springs Lake Home is your home base for unforgettable memories.

The Three Bedrooms (3)
Master Suite (Upstairs): Spacious room with a king-size bed, stunning lake views, and a washer/dryer in the walk-in closet.

Lower Bedrooms (Accessed via Separate Exterior Entrance):

Lake Room: Double bed, TV/DVD, and closet.

Waterski Room: Two twin beds, TV/DVD, and closet.

Both downstairs bedrooms have easy access to a shared 3/4 bath with shower, offering comfort and privacy for families or couples traveling together.

Beautiful property. Clean and with great communication from Brendhan for anything we might need. Close proximity to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and of course the lake with nice lake views from essentially all bedrooms and large deck. Loved our stay.

The property is exactly as described. It was very clean and the perfect size for my sister and me. The kitchen is well stocked. It has a nice view of Lake Hamilton. Great location for things to do in the area. The host was very informative and timely. I would absolutely rent the property again. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property with a beautiful lake view. It was very spacious. The only down fall was there wasn't a microwave or air fryer available to warm up food after a long day at work. I will book again but will definitely pack an air fryer.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was fully equipped. The area was so peaceful on the lake, and just a quick drive to downtown.When I made the reservation, I didn’t realize the downstairs bedrooms were only accessible through an exterior entrance, and I was nervous about it once I realized that. But with an adjustment to our family’s sleeping arrangement, it all worked out well, and ended up not being a problem.

We enjoyed this house very much! We have teenagers who loved their privacy downstairs. The sunrise in the morning on the lake was spectacular. This house is stocked with everything you can need during your vacation.

A dream of mine was to always own a home on the water. And I wanted a place that would offer convenience, comfort and seclusion on the lake. I feel I've found it. I hope you'll feel the same!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a great combination of seclusion and convenience. We're just off the center of Lake Hamilton (Central Ave.) set back in a private cove. We're minutes from everything but feel away from it all. The house is cozy and it's nice just to chill on the deck and take in the view of the lake.
