About this property

Come stay at our recently built custom home on Lake Hamilton. We look forward to providing a great experience on the shores of Lake Hamilton.

This modern waterfront home sits just off Central Avenue in Hot Springs in a quiet cove on the center of Lake Hamilton. Walking distance from the Hot Springs Mall and all of the activities central to Lake Hamilton, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is close to everything. And there's free wireless Internet throughout.

The Three Bedrooms (3)
The house has three bedrooms - 1 master upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs (accessed only via an external entrance). The master bedroom is a large bedroom overlooking Lake Hamilton with a king size bed and closet with washer/dryer. The lower bedrooms are accessed externally - the first has a double size bed, TV, DVD and separate closet. The second has two twin beds along with a TV, DVD and closet. Both lower bedrooms have direct access to a separate bathroom (3/4 bath with shower).

The Two Baths (2)
The master bathroom has a bath/shower with a sink and toilet. The lower bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub).

The Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, wine/beverage fridge, microwave, stove, gas oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils.

The Deck
We have a table with umbrella along with a gas BBQ grill looking out over Lake Hamilton.

We're located just down the road from the Oaklawn Race Track - just off Central Ave. Catch the races during the day and chill out on the lake at night.

You can tie your boat off the dock in front of the house and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. This home is perfect for two couples seeking privacy or a family with older kids. You're minutes from everything but feel secluded in this cozy cove.

Come stay for the many annual events in Hot Springs including The Hot Springs Music Festival, the 4th of July fireworks (watch from our deck!), the Hot Springs Jazz Fest, the Spa-Con, the Hot Springs Motorcycle Rally, Magic Springs Concert Series, the Blues and Jazz Festival, the Natural State Beer and Wine Festival, Tower to Tunnel 5k, Kennel Club and Dog Show, Hot Water Hills Music and Arts Festival, Garvan Woodland Gardens Holiday of Lights and the Oaklawn Racing and Casino.

Absolutely WONDERFUL house and location

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and what we wanted/needed! It was super nice and clean, felt like our own little private area, but literally right by everything you need! The hosts were extremely quick to response and helpful! I would come recommend this house to anyone! Also if you have older kids or another family with you who need space, the downstairs area is completely separate, giving everyone their own privacy! We just loved everything about this place!

Perfect setup for our Family of 5. The separate lower level worked fine with our 3 teenagers. Not a good setup with young kids. Dock was great, kids fished all the time. The inlet is a little tight. Rented a boat for the day, and having direct dock access was excellent. Great views. Enjoyed the deck for morning coffee. Wouldn't happily rent again on another trip to Hot Springs.

This is the best house in the circle that gives off some of the best views. The home was perfect. Everything you could possibly need is already there. If i had any questions, Brendhan was quick to reply back. You won't regret getting this home to stay in. We are already planning our next stay.

The house is so cute! It has an open concept when you walk in with the dining room and living room on the left & the huge kitchen on the right. The main bedroom & bathroom are in front of you. The house has a modern farmhouse feel & is so homey! The view is amazing & it’s closely located to restaurants! We would definitely recommend this house!

Stunningly Beautiful!!

Absolutely beautiful home , updated and very stylish! Views for every angle takes breath away! Brendhan takes very good care of his home and it shows also he is a tune the whole time of your stay and very quick to respond! I hope to come back again very soon. We have a very big Texas-way ( lol) truck and brought our boat. I’d say you definitely can park your trailer in the side but since it rained which I’m sure owners were happen since such a drought made it a bit touchy getting out . But we both said we’d come back to this beautiful property but maybe not in big truck towing a boat n trailer . But don’t let this detour you to another bc the property low you away and the care of owner! He made sure we had the slip and told us where to launch ! Oh and the Hot Springs Marina is fabulous and so is the Owners …. Whole family owned! Just beautiful!!! Thank you Brendhan your the best ‘

A dream of mine was to always own a home on the water. And I wanted a place that would offer convenience, comfort and seclusion on the lake. I feel I've found it. I hope you'll feel the same!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a great combination of seclusion and convenience. We're just off the center of Lake Hamilton (Central Ave.) set back in a private cove. We're minutes from everything but feel away from it all. The house is cozy and it's nice just to chill on the deck and take in the view of the lake.
