'Sedona Eclectic' a 2-bed, 2-bath vacation rental townhome that sleeps 4 near Sedona, in the Village of Oak Creek. Nestled close to Bell Rock in the Coconino Forest, this home will treat you to a classic atmosphere - Inside you'll find nearly 1,000 square feet of living space, decorated in an Automotive and Antique motif. This duplex is sure to be unlike any other found in all of Arizona! New Air Conditioning in 2023! There is no Garage Access-Please Park on the left side along the garage.

(This property is for 4 people Maximum. Making your reservation for 2 people, then adding more along the way will result in additional charges or the possibility of cancellation)

Outstanding property, location and experience!

Super interesting home! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very nice neighborhood for walks; beautiful golf course just down the block; stellar views from the house and neighborhood. Lots of amenities provided from new toothbrush/paste kits in case you forget yours to coffee pods and bottled water. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very interesting home

This property was very unique. Dennis is quite the collector. Every day I saw something that I had not noticed before. It was almost like a museum. The location was perfect for me, everything I needed just a few minutes drive away. I had a few minor issues that Dennis help me resolve promptly. I highly recommend.

Two week stay

We enjoyed this rental located in a quiet neighborhood but very close the main road going through Oak Creek. It was very clean and cozy and was just as advertised.

Great Location.

This home was in a very good location, very quiet and yet within walking distance to several restaurants and the Red Rock Trail system. The house is accurately photographed and described very well. Owners are very responsive and will go out of their way to help you which we really appreciated. Could have been a lot cleaner and did not really have a nice place to sit outside. Other than those couple of things we really appreciated our stay and had a very nice time.

This property had everything we needed. I’ve rented vacation homes numerous times and this was the best equipped, ever! Communication with the owner was excellent. It will be on our return list.

Fun Stay

We spent a few days with our 30 something "kids" at this VRBO. The place was clean and functioning well. Nice kitchen and stocked with dishes, pots and pans to cook and eat meals there. Two bedrooms and bathrooms a great thing for the four of us to get ready at the same time. Sedona was fun and this was a great place to stay.

A perfect little spot for us.

The place is in a cute, quiet neighborhood by the golf course. You are very close to anything you need in oak creek. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were kind and quick with communication. We had a special request and Dennis was very helpful. The back deck and zero gravity chairs are a nice bonus.

What a wonderful time!

Beautiful place to stay. Owner was great. I asked lots of questions and the communication was outstanding. They made recommendations for things to do and places to eat. All around a great experience. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Sedona area.

It was a great place to stay. Clean and as advertised. Close to everything. Owners were fantastic when a delayed checkout was necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Highly recommend.

A great place to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings!

Dennis & Judi’s home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was within walking distance of Bell Rock pathway which made for wonderful hikes and photo opportunities. Great margaritas and Mexican food at Tortas de Fuego down the street.

Well stocked & amazing VRBO

We loved staying in this 2-bedroom house. The décor was way cool and their attention to detail was impressive. I believe this was one of the best-stocked VRBO's we’ve stayed in recently. The owners were so attentive from extra water to a coffee/tea station to sunscreen, which we had forgot to pack. We think the owners should offer a class on “how to set up a VRBO.” We will definitely choose this property again! Thank you, Dennis and Judy.

Clever Car Collaboration

This place is so unique and quaint. I read another review before I reserved it that stated it was “cluttered?” So sorry but I don’t live in a minimalistic world. This place is absolutely adorable. The furnishings and all the detail will delight any car enthusiasts! My daughter (17) and I loved it! It was our little oasis! The amenities were perfect and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dennis & Judi’s home!!!! So beautifully decorated!!! You’d see something new every-time you turned around or entered a new room. Lots of little extras that other owners don’t consider!! We were so appreciative of the cold water, ice, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and so many other details too many to list!! If we’re back in the area, we will schedule around availability in this home!!! Thank you for sharing!!! 5 star accommodations!!!!

Judi and Dennis originating from the midwest wanted something different in the way of a vacation rental. Judi's experience as a realtor along with Dennis's love of everything automotive has culminated in the motif found here at 'Sedona Eclectic'. Being in the Sedona area has opened experiences in antiques and overall design thoughts outside of the common southwestern décor. We love what this unit shows and would like you to join us. This unit along with our Vacation Rental Unit in Sun City, also on VRBO, and a new townhouse recently obtained (minimum stay 30 Days) has the best of both worlds. Sedona for the Mountains, Trails, and Hiking, and the Sun City area (a 55+ community) for access to the Phoenix area and year-round warmth.

After a long day exploring the desert, give your tired legs a break with a leisurely afternoon spent inside. Tune into the flat-screen TV, while others browse nearly 1,000 square feet of living space, filled with unique automotive features including pedal car lights, antique car ornaments, rustic decor, and other automobilia.

Refuel friends with a hearty home-cooked meal each evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances to ensure those evening dinners will be an absolute breeze. Tide friends over with cheese and crackers at the 2-person breakfast bar until you're ready to feast around the 4-person dining table nearby.

Retreat inside to rest up before another day spent venturing across the Arizona landscape. You'll find 2 cozy bedrooms awaiting you, each boasting soft linens atop a plush queen-sized bed.

* NOTE: The next-door lot is currently under construction and some noise is to be expected. There is a wall next to our unit that offers privacy from the activities that the construction generates.
