This quiet end-unit townhome proudly held a 5-star rating for 8+ years, thanks to the wonderful care of the former owners, Jodi & Joseph. We’re excited and honored to carry on that legacy as new hosts. Our mission: Continue providing the same 5-star experience to each guest who walks through the door. Consider this townhome your home away from home while you visit Sedona. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like full kitchen, WiFi, A/C, heating, washer/dryer combo, Pool towels & toys, Yoga mats, books, singing bowl...you'll have everything you need for a fabulous stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

This was a lovely place, excellent condition with lots of comfortable touches and communication with the host was easy and they were quite thoughtful. I have stayed in the area many times while visiting family and this place is the best I’ve found - I will stay here again!

The property listing is incorrect and fraudulent. The picture shows a street side home with supposedly easy access. Actually the house sits about fifteen feet above street level with a concrete ramp you must climb to get to the house. The house was inaccessible to my wife and I, we are both 86 years old. We are trying to get the fee refunded through our credit card company. We did not spend a single day there.

We take all guest concerns seriously and want to be fair, so although we did not agree with your claim, we requested a formal review through Vrbo's Resolution Center regarding this claim. Vrbo's team investigated the matter, including the property's listing and photographs, and confirmed that the listing accurately represents the home. For clarity, the entrance sits approximately 5 feet above street level, accessed via a pathway that ascends gradually (not a cement ramp) , and this is clearly shown in our exterior photographs. These are physical characteristics of the property and were not concealed or misrepresented in the listing. Based on VRBO’s review, a refund was not issued. We host a 5-star short term rental with VRBO, and intend to continue providing a 5-star experience for all guests. We encourage all prospective guests to review the full listing and photos carefully, including exterior images, before booking to ensure the property meets their needs. This was a great find for our women's annual golf trip as the location worked perfectly for our activities which included golf, hiking, visiting the Tlaquapacque Village and going to Flagstaff for local theater. Parking was convenient and a grocery store and other shops and restaurants were within walking distance of the unit. The kitchen was well stocked and there were games and books available in the unit. We didn't golf here because the course was being aerated but enjoyed walking through it and seeing some beautiful birds and the resident coyote.
