Beautiful condo; clean and well-maintained. Wonderful view of ocean and beach. Loved the pool area and lazy river. Complex was well taken care of and all public areas were clean. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We enjoyed your condo very much. Being on the 5th floor was awesome! No long waits for the elevators. Couple suggestions; provide coffee filters, more trash bags, and your furniture around the TV is not the most comfortable. (Specifically the twin chairs). They are very small and quite uncomfortable when watching movies or bingeing because it was raining outside. We will try to book this same condo for our trip next year.

3 generations were entertained at this condo location. The 3 pools as well as access to beach was great. We were close to State Park and other activities. The front desk staff with any questions I had.

Everything was good and everyone at the front desk was very helpful. My only problem is the parking. We needed 4 parking passes but only could get 2. The front desk told us we could not get anymore due to high capacity but when going through the parking garage at several different times during the week throughout the day and night, there was more than 20 parking spots open. But overall the condo and trip was great.

Amazing condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations - clean, beautifully furnished, plenty of space for 7 adults and a toddler, great location, and the amenities are very nice! Can’t wait to go back next year.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. It is a huge pluse being able to park on the same level as the unit. It had amazing views as well and is always nice to sit and relax on the balcony. Lazy river and pool were relaxing and refreshing. Only downside but is out of hosts control is the price you pay for parking passes. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Beautiful Condo

Loved our stay here! Roomy and beautifully decorated condo. Enjoyed the lazy river and appreciated that tubes were provided. Easy beach access and amazing view from our balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances to make your own meals if desired. Master bedroom king sized mattress was very soft and could use updated. We will book again if we return to Orange Beach!

Condo was clean and spacious. Pros: Lazy river & slide, easy beach access, garage parking same level as condo, convenient location, beautiful view Cons: No cell phone service in building or condo, pots/pans need to be upgraded, need additional towels for bathroom & kitchen (only 1 hand towel in the kitchen & bathrooms for the week)

Great view and good amenities. However, the floors left our feet completely black, toilet didn’t flush, electrical outlet broke both while we were there gfci, called maintenance and they no showed us. Stayed broken through our stay. Lots of food underneath the couches. Not sure what the cleaning crew cleans that we paid hundreds of dollars for, linens I guess. Cleaning was a joke in our unit of 506.

I emailed 2 times a complaint about floors and had lost a diamond earring to look out for and never even heard a reply back which was very disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had doors coming off the hinges and would not close to bedrooms. two bathrooms had faucets falling off. It had a total of four cereal bowls in it. We called the management company, had to leave a message and they never called back of sent anyone to fix the issues. Not renting from them again. It was doable but I am paying hard earned money for my annual vacation.

Beautiful

The view was wonderful and the condo very neat and clean. We needed directions on using the television in the master bedroom. The screen door to the patio was very flimsy and as one of our Grandchildren was opening it she heard a rip. Our cell phone did not work in the condo. We had to go outside to get service. Overhead fluorescent light in kitchen was cracked, preexisting. Cold water handle in master bathroom needs repair. I know this sounds like several concerns, but we must say everything really is beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy GOD’S beautiful nature.

Everything was good except the floors appeared clean but it was obvious they had not been moped in some time. If you walked barefoot in the unit within a few minutes the bottom of your feet were solid black. So as soon ans you got out of the shower you had to put some type of shoes on. Also the fact that children can do the lazy river and pools with swimming devices but not the slide seems a little ridiculous. My 4 year old granddaughter was told she could swim in the slide area with her swimmers but could not go down the slide. Very disappointing. I am a rule follower by nature but some rules make you wonder what in the world are they trying to accomplish! Although most was enjoyable these two things are enough for us to most likely not to return.

Amazing view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us stayed here for spring break, four adults and four teenagers. The space is great. Four full bathrooms. We never felt on top of each other. The parking garage is right outside the door with plenty with carts available. Unloading and loading was a breeze. The view was amazing! Took our breath away when we walked in. Beds were nice. Huge washer and dryer. Both a regular coffee pot and kureg. The lazy river was a hit even for the adults. The beach was great. Staff was very friendly. Workout room was very nice too. Suggestions, bring your own non stick skillet. We had to go and buy one as they only have stainless cookware and everything kept burning. The oven does not get up to temperature so baking times were longer. There was only three bowls and with kids eating cereal there wasn’t enough for each. It was very clean expect the floors. Right away after we unloaded and settled in we noticed everyone’s feet were black on the bottom. Not sure what it was from, even resorted to wearing socks which turned black. Even with the above we would stay here again knowing what we know. It was our first time to the area and will defiantly come again.

This condo was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 3 kids 5 and under. It was spacious, the view was amazing and we had a blast! The amenities at the condo are great for the kids! Lazy river and big slide!Everything worked as it was supposed to! There was about 40 tv removes so took us a few minutes getting there to figure which was which was other than that, that was our only “inconvenience” and that’s not even a big deal! We will definitely be booking this condo again next year!
