We enjoyed our stay in this "hotel room" like condo. It was just the right size for husband and I.Ravi went our of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is beautiful! It is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants and the shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at Luau Tower 1! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views were absolutely amazing—we loved waking up each morning and enjoying the beautiful scenery from the room. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views! The Host was top notch.

Ravi is the best line of communication was great. He made our check in experience so easy. The resort is in a great location to meet all your needs. Beautiful view of Destin. Definitely will be booking again. We were here to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. My son said this was the best birthday ever. Thank you Ravi!!!!!!!!

Anniversary-4th of july

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Bed was really comfortable and our manager remained vigilant about getting our ac issue corrected in a timely manner. Thanks Ravi for a great vacation.

Felt like an all inclusive/expensive resort for a reasonable price!

Ravi was absolutely amazing! He had every element that made our beach trip perfect and care free! From the chairs and cart included to the different ways to get to the beach! I really don’t think our trip would have been as amazing if we didn’t stay here.

Nice Place

It is a nice property and was within walking distance to the Hilton where I was attending a business event. To be clear, this is barely larger than a regular hotel room, along the lines of a Staybridge Suites or Residence Inn. It has a small sink, some basic utensils and a mini-fridge. While it is a nice place, to refer to it as a "condo" is a bit of a stretch.
