Welcome to Luau 6312, a bright and comfortable studio condo on the 3rd floor of Building Two at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Perfect for couples or small groups, this cozy coastal retreat offers resort amenities, easy beach access, and a prime location near the Hilton Sandestin.

The room was very clean! I was very impressed with how neat it was. The room doesn’t have a view (it faces the street side looking at the beachwalk type Sandestin houses), but other than that, we were very pleased for the price and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable too! We will definitely stay here again if we are doing a quick weekend trip as a couple or I do think you could bring small toddlers too.
